Horrible horrible realty, this slumlord Sandy vallas owns many of these properties, and the realty. Lead paint will not fix anything, not good with kids, very very shady. I reported him and his agency to the city. They also are racist, they'll price gouge you if your not white charge you double security or will not show you certain places. I encourage others to report vallas realty! The best part of all? Sandy vallas the owner and slumlord of bayridge sits on community board 10 as a member of the boards police and public safety committee. You could imagine the amount of crooked crap he does and the payoffs he gets, yet this is allowed , typical cb10. This is newsworthy stuff it will blow up one day on tv. Cb10 with local politicians all receiving payoffs. When you think racist slumlord think Sandy vallas realty. Contact cb10 they won't care.

Would highly recommend Vallas Real Estate. Very professional and relatable staff. Takes the stress out of apartment hunting in a big city, like NYC. Apartment is beautiful and well renovated. The best Real Estate broker in Bayridge in my opinion.

They do not care about their tenants they only care about reviving their rent money. They never fix anything the building is about to collapse on their tenants. They are very rude and nasty people they never want to take care of anything. Very dirty building also lots of mice and rats.
