Vaizman was my best doctor, I loved him very much. When she came for the first time, I didn't understand anyone's language. sHe patiently took care of me during my pregnancy. she was a very sweet and kind doctor.

Irina Vaizman herself, at the first appointment after the tests, told me to go home and wait for a miscarriage, and while telling me this and in general our entire conversation, she was always doing something, looking for papers that did not concern me! Thanks to her, I was not fully happy with my pregnancy, but I was still worried that a miscarriage might happen! But I liked Regina’s communication skills! Answers all questions!

SCAM AND UNPROFESSIONAL: I had to wait 1 hour at the waiting room with 5-6 more people in a very small space. When I arrived I was told that the doctor wasn´t available on that day but there was a replacement doctor which I was totally fine as it was the first time at this doctor. I went there because it was close to my place and within my insurance´s network. One month later I find out that their laboratory was not in my network and I have to pay a three digit bill but this is not the best part, I checked the full bill and they charged me a two digit extra for "extra time spent with the patient". After 1 hour at the waiting room, the doctor called me and told me to get undress to start the check up, then she left the room for 15 minutes so I had to step outside and see if everything was okay and then I found the doctor chatting with the lady at the front desk. She was even attending another patient or busy. I was charged for the time she made me wait. This is unbelievable but now I understand all the bad reviews. Don´t go here, they just want your money.

All I did was try to call and confirm my appointment was canceled and they were unwilling to help and told me to call the next day before my appointment. Thankfully I received a confirmation email from Zocdoc confirming cancellation but they were just BEYOND rude. After reading these reviews, I’m so glad I did not go to this doctor after all. If they were that rude on the phone, I can’t imagine what the experience would’ve been in person.

Front desk girls are very helpful and doctors are good! Front desk always tries the best to fit you into the busy schedule when you have an emergency. Highly recommended!!!

Follow the negative reviews. They talk to people like dogs. The physicians are “okay” but the front office of beyond rude and unprofessional. Have many years in health care and I’ve never seen a practice run in such a way.

Made an appointment - they weren’t in the office. Made another appointment - waited over an hour. Made an appointment with a woman physician - got a random male physician on the day of my appointment. Specifically chose a woman physician bc of the intimate nature of these exams - he takes off my bra and performs a breast exam without any warning. Got my results two months later - saw it was sent from someone’s iPhone to their PERSONAL YAHOO EMAIL ACCOUNT. Called to complain about a HIPPA VIOLATION - was pleaded to come back and told they would follow up. Surprise - never followed up. Asked for a copy of my results that wasn’t an obvious blurry pic on someone’s phone THREE TIMES - no response each time. Made a separate complaint with promise to follow up - no follow up.If this office was a year, I would say it’s 2020. It’s a scam office ran by obvious money hungry hacks. Would recommend this place if you love wasting your time and money, feeling violated, terrible customer service/ bedside manners, and medical practices that don’t respect patient privacy and rights.

Before making appointment make sure you have enough time to wait. I was waiting more than 2 hours to see the Dr. So far nice people and clean office.

On recommendation, I made an appointment with doctor Irina Vaizman. When I made an appointment, they told me that this doctor was on vacation and would only be there on January 14, so I made an appointment on January 14, waited for almost half a month, I came and somehow ended up with another doctor. Apparently they took advantage of it for the first time and in America not long ago. Not very pleasant!

. My sister came from NJ to see Dr. Vaizman today. She was there since 1 pm waiting bleeding high risk pregnancy. Until now they didn't call her. She just call me crying, and she is selfpay bcos they don't take NJ insurance.

I took my wife for her 10 week prenatal appointment on Sep 17, her appointment was at 1 pm, we came from New Jersey for this appointment and I had to wait outside with my 2 year son because they only allow the patient. My wife was in pain and cramping she waited from 1 pm till 4pm and they won’t call her for her appointment. She kept waiting for 3 hours hungry in pain and uncomfortable chairs. We were self pay they took money from us and kept us waiting. When my wife could not wait anymore she asked them why are they not calling her and the front desk was so rude they stated that they are calling the other patient’s because they are further along in there pregnancy. My wife stated my appointment was at 1 pm and now it’s 4pm they won’t still take her. Everyone at the front desk is rude unprofessional not following Covid 19 recommendations, 2 girls at the front desk were not wearing masks no social distancing for the patient’s. My wife got frustrated waiting cried and left . There was no doctor in the office only physician assistant. They don’t have real doctors there. The front desk is cruel making pregnant patients wait for so many hours I won’t recommend this clinic to anyone. I will be filing a complaint with cdc and city officials for not following Covid 19 recommendation.
