I reported to this VIM location with intentions to purchase just one pair of men sneakers. The manager assisted me and made a point to mention the current sales I could partake. I learned that purchasing a pair of kid's sneakers would allow me to receive 50% off the price of any one pack of socks. I purchased the kid's sneakers. I also observed two tables with signs of marked down jeans within a specified price range. I decided to partake in the offer. Once my items were scanned at the register, I observed the pants were $39.99/ea. I directed the cashier's attention to the tables holding the large visible signs. She repeatedly denied the signs are correct and insisted the jeans are $39.99, instead of the publicized price of $19.99-29.99 on one table and $24.99-34.99 on the other. I'll post photos below.The cashier refused to accommodate the advertisement and insisted the items were $39.99 and remarked 'someone probably placed the pants there accidentally.' I argued that is a huge mistake because there were over 100 pants on display for the advertisement, making that a huge mistake and false advertisement. And the pants were organized by style and obviously organized, as they were grouped accordingly. The cashier at register #04 2B0E #7010 on August 18, 2023, refused to honor the posted price. Then, I circled back to the offer on the socks, and she denied their being such an offer. She exhausted time pushing back, vaguely implying I wasn't being truthful about what I had been told while saying, "That can't be true." At some point a male worker approached the register and informed the cashier of the offer on the socks and urged her to decrease the price on the socks by 50%, which removed $3.99 from the total. By this time I was exhausted and exerting energy unnecessarily and decided I should leave. The level of disrespect was an energy leak for me.Unfortunately, the manager was not available to address the presenting concerns. This VIM is scamming customers in the community and intentionally posting signs of marked down items, but not honoring their agreement. The photos below show the posted cost of the jeans. I also captured a photo of my receipt, which reveals what I paid for the jeans, one pair coming from each of these tables. The item for $29.99 is a pair of sneakers. It's offensive and unfortunate that still in 2023, members in my community are the foundation for this business, keeping its doors open, and our integrity is constantly questioned when there are signs posted of offers that aren't being honored by staff. We should be questioning the integrity of those backing this business.

They have amazing shoes! I literally got four pairs, two from ladies section, thinking it was " buy one, get another for 50% off on ALL ladies shoes". It was written all over the store, however at the register it didn't apply. When i asked i didn't get a reasonable answer. FYI.

They really need to expand their sneaker selection for men. It's hard to find sneakers in larger sizes and a lot of the sneakers look dirty. It took forever to find presentable sneakers that actually fit.

This VIM location discriminates against US Military Veterans, the security told me he does not care about veterans and those who came back for the war zone, and everyone should boycott this store but especially Veterans.

This company screwed me big time! They sent me the wrong size shoes . so when i email them for a refund or an exchange there site wasn't working so i opened a case with PayPal and PayPal sided with them! And also the quality os the shoes was nothing like the picture! They were much cheaper looking when i received em. So f*** PayPal and this company!!!

Nice store with alot of merchandise selections unfortunately there aren't any fitting rooms available so if you buy anything hopefully it'll fit you cause you can't try it on before you buy it.
