The woman here took so long to find someone's package it felt like she took her lunch break followed by her smoke break. The work ethic here is notoriously horrible. It's one thing to be rude but it's even worse to not be able to complete your task within a reasonable time frame.

DO NOT COME HERE. It is slow, hot, grimy, and they don’t sell anything. Postcard stamps? You know, basic stamps to mail a postcard? They don’t have any. A small box? They don’t have any. Employees are completely rude and useless too, can’t even help locate if another location may have them. This location is the worst.

make sure you get a receipt with package drop off because my package was either stolen by someone inside or lost and mishandled. i dropped several packages at the same time and one was never logged into the system. they robbed me of over $50 worth of merchandise i was mailing. absolutely no help at all from them.

The clerk was very disrespectful and rude same thing happened with me they made me change from letter envelope to file envelope twice and didn’t mention where should i write the address i am sending to on the envelope since file has a specific place on the back but envelope didn’t have that and first time sending something mistake can be made without proper support or help and for that she disrespected me and behaved very rudely.

While I can’t speak on my experience at the physical post office, I am pleased to say that today on my commute to the post office I saw a mail truck and was able to ask if I was able to give him my drop off packages. Robert happily took my packages with no problem. Thank you, Robert for your kind service.

This place has been giving out bad experiences for years. The insane thing about it is… they keep getting away with it. They need to fire everyone and rehire everyone. Start fresh and train fresh because the staff here is too comfortable giving out attitudes, yelling at the customers and denying services just because they feel like it. Can’t believe how unprofessional this place is. They all work together to provide the same horrible customer service. It’s a collective and that’s what makes it even more terrible. They also always lose packages or misplace them. SMH. To whoever is running this place!! Make some changes because it is not ok. At this point just to not deal with these people I would go somewhere further away. Also Mohamed- he’s really got to go! He is slow and not friendly. Also the one who does what he wants and treats the customers terribly. How is he still working there? Get it together. To be a government agency it’s a disgrace to rehab.

That post office has fancy hours. Most post offices open before 9:30am.
Many times, they lose mail. They never have enough team.
They delivered to us the wrong mail.
Changing mailman like sox.
They rud and have bad attitude at the windows.
I complained a few times but
body do anything
Many people have bad experience there

The postal clerk spent some time helping me figure out the best rate to send gifts overseas. She was so patient and understanding. I should have gotten her name to mention here.

Hell on Earth… this is where souls come to die. 30 minutes to process a single person. Zero motivation for staff to expedite anything for anyone. Bring a chair if you need to send or pick-up anything
