This post office has been the worst and gives me PTSD. I legit hate post offices because of this post office from childhood. So here I am at 9:27am, standing outside and they’re not open. No one to give any notice or directive. The door slightly open with the key in it, like that’s safe or smart. And USPS doesn’t do enough, because it’s on a black / Caribbean neighborhood and they don’t care. I called the 800, god forbid you’re able to get someone on the phone to find out what’s going on.9:40 am there’s ppl inside and no one has come you say anything.

If I could give this PO zero stars, I would. It’s is a clear example of incompetency. I don’t know if the postal carrier knows how to read, or if they purposely loose my mail. This is highly unacceptable, 3 packages in the same month? How is this even possible? Then when you go to the PO, they’re telling you to write a report and send it somewhere. I never pay attention to dead ends. I just want my mail. I’m sitting at home all day, literally monitoring the package “out for delivery”, only to see it “delivered in or at mailbox”, but nothing’s there. So absolutely SICK OF INCOMPETENCE. Hire some responsible reliable people, please.

How sad that they have such mediocre staff, they neither greet nor have professional ethics to treat non-animal people as they think the customers are, they should train these people first because instead of being people they look like those behind the windows ? ?? I give my approval to a young girl who attends the passport area, a thin one, she has empathy and education but there is one ? her name is DEBBIE That is a beast, poorly educated!

Today a window staffer NELSON, processed my transaction, printed the receipt and then crumbled it and told me to go to another window, he was argumentative, and said that he won’t help me. All bc he said I was on the wrong line, maybe I was, but at least I wasn’t rude to him as he was to me. Otherwise the place is doing their best, I suppose.

Incompetent staff. I regularly escalate concerns to USPS consumer affairs because these people do not do their jobs and packages are never delivered. There needs to be layoffs at this location.

4 starts because it can be slow- tho I think it’s just due to understaffing. But otherwise, all the people behind the counter have always been very kind and even in a good mood. A few have shared their sense of humor with me and made me smile. Folks are doing what they can without getting overly stressed.

I went for a passport application which requires appointment, the service was delayed, but actually fast. What's terrible there is the regular mailing services, too many things are for one line alone with usually only one person, if you're lucky two, working on that (drop offs, pick ups, stamps, money orders and something else) and the other line just for a couple of things. This post office has always been busy but you never saw lines moving at such a slow pace.

My partner and I went on a Saturday for a passport appointment for our 7mo old. While the facilities seemed dirty, run down, too small, and exceptionally busy, we had no issues. Everyone was friendly and/or just doing their job. A nice lady came out and helped direct people to their respective lines. Everything was chill
