My package has been in the same status for three days. I called them to ask them about it. The girl stated it was in transit and that the tracker was incorrect.. Yet , I called the 1-800 number their costumer service representatives are stating that the tracker is correct and that it's still pending waiting to be accepted. I place this on everything I love when I say this but, 1 I don't like to be lie too and 2 if they lose my package I will go to corporate and someone will lose their job.

Their Customer service is atrocious. One lady even laughed in my face and sent me to FedEx. When I clearly explained to her that they need to authorize the documents and then I go to FedEx. But one lady was super helpful. She understood what service I needed and she helped me at her best ability possible. But the audacity of the first person to laugh like she is at a circus was disturbing.

A trip to the post office shouldn't take an hour. There was one worker operating all windows and the passport services area. Severely understaffed, no seating, no air conditioning. I came in to get my fingerprints done and the employee didn't do it properly, causing a rejection from the FBI.

Zero stars if I could, I went there three times and wasn’t able to get anything done. I made an appointment somewhere else and the lady who attended to me was very helpful. Unlike the other lady at Coney Island Ave.

I am here now. Not enough people working here. Lines are too long and the service sucks and everybody likes to hang out in the back and do nothing

This is easily the worst usps location in the entire planet. The workers have absolutely no idea how to do their job and are rude. Do NOT come here.

I booked the passport service half a month in advance, and the process was sloppy, and the clerk spoke so fast that I couldn't make out what she was saying, but I understood. After I left, I changed my mind and hoped that they would not send my passport to my home, but that I would pick it up at the post office in case it was lost. But when I went back to the window the staff had gone to lunch, I waited around for another hour, then I finally saw her, I asked her if I could change to the post office to pick up my passport, she first said no, then asked me to wait, she went to ask others, When she came back with my papers and without saying anything, she began to open my papers and tear up my forms!! I didn't know what was going on and then she told me I had to go home and make another appointment!! This is ridiculous and I think it's a form of bullying, probably just because I'm an Asian face! She knew I had an expedited passport, and by doing this to me, she ruined my trip!

I sympathize and understand that there are underfunded federal agencies, but this post office has repeatedly lost my packages, and more importantly, left my apartment mail gate OPEN for hours at a time twice now. This means anyone and everyone in my building can reach in and grab mail, and I can’t even close it. They only closed the gate after I called, letting them know it was wide open. They are understanding, kind, and again clearly underfunded, but I have had so many issues with them I have had to file an official complaint. I’m sure it’s not entirely their fault, but if you live in this zip code, I would go through UPS or Fedex and do as many store pick ups as possible.

This post office serves a virtual UN-worth of people. I have never, in recent years, had an issue with staff—I’ve seen them all working under tough physical conditions (the PO is a mess—everything electronic, including the clock, is usually out of order, ceiling tiles are missing, there’s grime everywhere; the lines can be huge, and not everyone understands English or considers them human), and they handle their clientele with patience and respect and as much helpfulness as the USPS allows them. I am amazed at how well they work, given the lousy condition the place is in and the enormous potential for misunderstanding that their jobs and clientele present. So the stars here are for the staff—certainly not for the place itself. Theirs is a difficult job, and it’s sad that they don’t get the support from their employers that they deserve.

Terrible place. Not sure how tax dollars go to pay these people’s salary. What a waste of money. When they hire they must look for rude lazy people. Made an appointment for a passport and so did 3 other people they didn’t take any of us and made us all leave.

This place does not even deserve one star. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. I made an appt for a passport, showed up on time, and they repeatedly told me I would be helped however no one ever came to the window and it took over 2.5hrs. Avoid this location at all costs. Lots of long lines and waiting with angry customers.
