I had a customer say they did not receive a package. I called the Vanderveer location and got Mesha. OMG she was amazing. She helped me verify the delivery, contacted the carrier to verify delivery and gave me exactly what to do next. I can’t say thank you enough!

The people there are so so helpful and nice. They were working DAYS to help me find my package when I thought it was lost/stolen. They are so nice over the phone too and are very knowledgeable

Worst place in new york city, the staff has no idea what their doing, and lie. i had important package i had to send, and they told me they don't do that here. Some lazy workers who don't want to do their job.
