Terrible service. Old lady was rude and unprofessional. Had to come twice and deal with her twice because I was required to present the recipient ID even tho I was set as the representative to have the package picked up. Meanwhile, in the email it stated only the pick up representative ID is required. This office obviously makes up their own rules or the automated message needs to be revised to bring along the recipient ID for pickup.
Terrible terrible experience.

Most of the staff here are nice people and genuinely willing to work with you if you’re communicating. This is the closest USPS near me, so I go here often. I’d be inclined to say that the other reviews here aren’t exactly without some truth but it’s definitely not the worst USPS post office here in Brooklyn.
If you’re coming near closing time, the line moves much quicker than you would expect. There is no self service kiosk at this place, but if you need to go in and out in maybe 6 minutes this is the one.

After unsuccessful attempts to submit my child's passport for renewal at downtown's postal service, this postal service and the workers did a great job at doing everything in less than 10 minutes. No unnecessary fuss, workers are diligent and fast. Great service. Definitely doing all my further passport paperworks and submissions there!

Everyone that works here hates their job and their life. I see families that don’t have English as their first language wildly mistreated by staff who have very thick accents because communication is hard. No enjoyment or kindness here.

Worst office everI went there to get money order, a very old lady started to get my order after 20 minutes she just said system don’t let her to finish my order, you need to ask some one else. I asked someone else or somewhere else? She carelessly said I don’t know. I resisted to know what is the reason otherwise how am I supposed to fix that issue but another young lady came and told me we cannot do anything here for you while she was very rude. They wasted my time and was ignoring me but all I wanted was knowing what’s the issue. Never got my answerThey went to another usps and everything thing done quickly and perfectlyThis office is really awful and that old sour lady it’s time to retire to avoid wasting customers time
