So, when you actually get to talk to someone at this post office, they’re nice. That said, this morning I waited with a group of about 30 people who alternated getting annoyed and leaving bc 10:00am and not a worker in sight. Even the courier who had pickups from the post office was surprised no one was there to open the post. Called the customer support line to confirm that the Friday before Labor Day was in fact an operational day for the post office, which it was, and the rep tried numerous options to contact this branch, but to no avail. The best she could do was file a consumer affairs report, though not sure this makes an impact. Here’s the thing, if this was the first or second time this happens, I probably wouldn’t bother with the complaint. But as someone who ships quite regularly from this branch, I can confidently say this has happened to me at least 10 times if I’m silly enough to try to visit this branch before noon. I have since given up and made the choice to come later in the day so as not to waste my morning. I understand why they took away basically all but one internal drop box (thanks mail theives ?) but I mean…come now. 15 minutes late, fine. 20, pushing it but fine, 9:58 and I have to beg the mail courier (bless him) to take my packages unscanned because I literally can’t wait anymore for a stupid drop-off with pre-printed labels, that’s a little disrespectful to the public. And regularly I might add, given the numerous reviews noting the same issue. Even the agent on the phone said multiple complaints had been filed for the same reason at the same time as mine. Humph. Only upside was I made a few friends standing there stuck and commiserating. But meanwhile USPS is continuing to raise rates and cut service in random places because it’s too expensive to maintain the operation. Hmmmmmmm…..

It take million hour to ship my package only two old lady working and one of them didn’t even work for plenty of time for no reason. They don’t know even what to do.

No flat rate boxes available. Had to purchase boxes for $4 each despite having prepaid priority labels.

I was 5 minutes before closes time every body were there but no one gave me service with priority package it will take only 1 minutes I already prepared everything Employees were helpless unfortunately! Very bad experience

I received an, exceptional service, today from Crystal, at this branch kings highway East 19tj Street, In Brooklyn. Her professional approach, patience, accurate information and ability to address my concerns - were all, beyond her duty and heartwarming. It is, simply, amazing to be served in such a professional manner. And while I 'joked' with Crystal, that, if there were many like her in the USPS, then, other couriers would go out of business. It was not a joke! It was sincere and a well deserved statement. What a gem! I pray that many like Crystal will be recruited by the USPS. If I could give 10 stars, on this review I would. Thank you, Crystal!
