This Post Office on Mermaid av is the WORST, they hold your mail for weeks without even letting you know its there. I see mail is missing from the informed mail section on the website... 3 weeks later I receive it. Just stay in bed since you all dont want to work. ?

They never delivered the package to my home although they had all the information they needed, they lied by saying it was no secure location to deliver my package and they left no slip. Plus now I cannot get anyone from customer service. USPS is plain horrible.

Worst customer service... Just asking if they have more information about where to send a USPS parcel return package... Gave me an attitude for just asking... Why they don't take them and what I should do. All was said "you gotta called them!" Like first not need to give me attitude for asking... How would I know you don't take them. Second why all you say is we don't take them. The end of the conversation. Like no other link or part to it. So why does the label even have USPS when they don't take it!

Zero stars if i could!!
This location is extremely disappointing. My packages have never been received, and I have encountered rude and unprofessional staff members who seem to lack basic literacy. It is imperative that changes are made to rectify these issues for the benefit of both customers and the business.

I constantly have the worse experience as t this postal office, the 3 young black ladies at the customer service window are always so rude to me. I have hold mail because no one ever brings my packages to my door but instead leave it in the downstairs lobby and it always gets stolen. My informed delivery told me that my package was being held at the post office and so when I went to pick it up they told me that they couldn't find it ?? took them two days to find my package that was THERE, I felt like they purposely did that to me because I gave them attitude as they gave me attitude, I called to make a complaint about them and my package not being found but saying it's there (the only reason they decided to stop playing because I threaten to sue if my package was being tampered with by the staff) ... another time I went to pick up accumulated mail, the girl came from back and asked me "why do you send your mail here ? Your mailbox broken or something ?!" (Not her place to wonder or ask me that) I said "No! because the delivery person always leave the my things downstairs for the wolves after I waited days and sometimes weeks for it to come, that's why !

I would like to inform you, that 2 times in row in 2024 your employee didn't put the official letters in mailbox for apartment 15G. The letters were in trash.
Help people to have their letters in time in the mailboxes.

Lazy workers. Very slow at processing people packages. This lady does 1 customer and then takes a 5-10 minutes break for the next customer. She pretends to not make eye contact and pretend she doing something when she’s see a long line.

⚠️⚠️By far the worst post office service I've ever seen, the delivery people are so lazy that instead of ringing the door to be buzzed in from the lobby, they mark the package as "delivery attempted." They don't even bother to TRY to deliver your package they just stand there like baffoons. How these people still have jobs is beyond me they mess with people mail and packages, which should be a CRIME. This post office needs to be under investigation. No one should have the right to mess with people, mail or packages. I guess I'll have to call the postal inspector general.

I put two stars because when the line is long and there’s only one person at the window and it’s like 4 to 5 other workers in the back not helping or opening another window. And there’s time when it’s not a lot of people and they’re just chilling waiting to serve you. But other than that Management is trash. Delivery Driver Wise.
They go by this new thing if your package don’t fit in your mailbox, they not gonna carry it on the truck so if you bump into them when they come to deliver whatever you not gonna even get it from the truck because it doesn’t fit in your mailbox.
