This location sadly is always understaffed. Currently there are 25 people in line, not including the kids accompanying their parents, and two attendants for general mailing services and one for stamps and money orders. I’ve been in line for 15 minutes and the same customer who stepped up to the window when I arrived is still at the window.

Had a package shipped via Correos to USPS a month ago via Priority airfare. Never received it. Found out USPS had just been holding onto it for 15 days with no intention of delivering it. What’s the point of mail if they don’t deliver it?

This post office is dreadful. The employees seem like they wanted me to hate my experience in there so badly that I’d come home and write this review, so here goes...If you have to go there for any reason whatsoever, reevaluate whether you really have to. If you’re stuck and there’s no escaping entering that awful pit, allot at least 30 minutes but don’t be surprised if you’re there for 60. That’s partly because the staff don’t walk like you and me. They mostly drag each foot from one spot on the floor to the next. Watching them mope around while you’re waiting in line is enough to drive you mad by itself. But once you’ve made it to the front of the 80 foot line, your true test begins: actually trying to understand what they’re mumbling while they have their backs turned to you. Do yourself a favor: engage as little as possible with the hideous ingrates that work there because they’ll try to ruin the rest of your day by acting like the rudest, nastiest jerks they can be. On their best day, they’re probably still 100 times worse than the worst United Airlines employee you’ve ever met. Honestly, let’s all go down there now and set it on fire. Afterwards, we can piss on its ashes.

I have never had a bad experience here, in fact every time I’ve been here the staff has been helpful and very kind.

This is the most incompetent group of postal employees in Brooklyn and they’re rude on top of it. I’ve lived in the area serviced by this post office for over a decade and they have been terrible the entire time. Just in the past 6 months they have returned packages to sender and marked them as undeliverable even though we work from home and are always here when they are delivering. They have lost the keys in the access box out front and also broken a key off in the door, then didn’t say anything and just stopped delivering mail instead of letting anyone know about the key. My landlord had to replace the lock on the door as well. If they’re running behind or perhaps just being lazy, they throw the mail into the doorway instead of taking the time to put it in the box. It’s almost comedic how bad this post office is. If I need to actually go into a post office, I will go out of my way to avoid this place. The women who work here are nasty and rude. The only way to get them to address any issues is raising a complaint with the postmaster which I have had to do a number of times over the past 10+ years. No improvement or changes ever happen.Good luck if you choose this USPS location.

There’s nothing more frustrating for a small business owner than to be scolded by a post office worker for asking them for a receipt. Holiday season and a line of 30 people with one window open made me regret ever coming here.I usually take my packages to Fulton street (I only have about 10 at the time and whenever I schedule a pick up no one shows up) to a much better run office with nicer employees. Here the window clerk gave me attitude when I handed the packages over and asked for a receipt. They were all prepaid. All she had to do was scan, but apparently that was too much work for her. She tried to convince me that I should do an extra step and do “click and ship” so she only has one barcode to scan. I told her I don’t purchase labels through USPS website, to which she responded “oh, well, there has to be a way” and proceeded to complain to another employee on how she should take a day off and how she’s “so stressed”. The way is to do your job, which is already a no brained. And maybe be nicer along the way. There’s a QR code at the bottom of the receipt and maybe if everyone fills out the survey they will change the management and set some people straight in there.

Really kind people. I forgot to include my apt # in a delivery address, which meant the package was unable to be delivered and was marked to be returned to the sender. It took a few stops at the post office and explaining the situation a couple times, but eventually they were able to locate it at the post office. Everyone I spoke to was really patient with me and seemed genuinely eager to help and give me next steps. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because it seems the first few folks I talked to should have been able to locate the package, but I guess 4th times a charm !

This post office is slow and awful. The attitudes of the employees are way out of line. Don’t even bother coming here for your passport you will have the worst experience. My advice is take any other post office besides this one because you will wait forever and then be treated like you’re doing them a disservice.

I cannot do justice to how rude the employees here are to everyone who has to spend 40 minutes in line all hours of the day. And it’s not just me being salty. Trust me and go to the USPS on Church Ave if you can. It’s leagues better.

I was looking for a friendly post office that could renew passports when I stumbled upon here. All of the Postal offices seem to have a truckload of awful negative reviews about passports and the workers. However, When I went today the service was AMAZING. The lady at the desk answered all of my questions, informed me, and was very respectful, chill, and polite. She deserves a raise in my opinion! ( btw I was a walk-in )Note to self: plz look on the website for their services and times so you don’t just show up and have to return back home without being served.
