Worst Post office ever. Bad service, terrible employees , been like this for years. Their mail men which service my neighborhood are the worse. We have complained over and over, the whole neighborhood and they do not care. Mail men are illiterate from the mail I find in our building belongs to different neighborhood. Lost mail all the time. And the mail men consistently LITTER my building and outside with their rubber bands!! I literally saw him yesterday throwing a handful of them in the hedge in front of my building which the wind spread everywhere! Really?? Couldn't he take them back and reuse???? They should fire everyone and hire new people.

Their staff seems to be miserable and they do what they can to spread that misery while also being unhelpful and collecting calories all day. Their training seems to be comprised of pointing at the machines that have taken their jobs and telling you they can't help you as they collect government benefits and calories.

I think over the last few years their service has gotten a lot better—seems they have hired more friendly associates that don’t look like they hate life. I walked in wanting to send a package that was already prepaid, and the worker happily took it and gave me my receipt, and I was out of there within 30 seconds. I was serviced by a young asian woman at the second window, and she did not hassle me about the package weight or anything that would result in me having to pay an extra fine of some sort. Personally I had a very pleasant experience, but just so people are aware, this was at 12pm on a Tuesday and there were only two people in front of me, so it was a slow day. Maybe my experience would’ve been bad if the building was packed, so my 5 star review is all subject to my own time on a specific day!

The people working in there, looked like they don’t like their job. Really rude and not nice. Literally lost my package and I saw them dropping packages on the floor without noticing. Super bad service ??

My package has Fragile stickers all over the package. Window #3 always throws my packages over 10 ft high to the Bin beyond her. ?

Dropped off my packages at this location many times. They all are shipped out on time. I skip the post office near me and go to this location for this reason.

Honestly was worried from the reviews but I’m about to drop off my package for the third time for my depop business! They always deliver super fast and their service is quick and easy :) All I have to do is scan my label barcode and stick it to my package before handing it to them! Sometimes they even help package it for me when I’m struggling!Edit: Ohh now I see why people dislike the black worker. She was real rude and told me to leave my stuff at the drop off window but I was confused since I needed a receipt. She ended up yelling at me to just leave it there with no explanation. Had an attitude… I figured years later it would’ve been no worries here. Took a day for my items to be scanned.

I stopped by this post office to mail some packages a couple of weeks ago. It's a pretty big post office. They have tables you can use and the post office staff are friendly and helpful. They weren't selling me services I didn't want. They also have a self ship kiosk inside the office where you can ship your own packages instead of asking one of the staff for help. That's cool. The location is convenient for me and the walk is not bad. I will definitely stop by this location here whenever I need to. This is a valuable asset to the community.

I'm never ever ever going to that post office again. Worst service ever. The passport window was closed. I was going to get a passport application today. This post office don't even have the passport window hours. If you're going to get a passport application, don't go to this post office. Total b***s*** ???

I have now visited this particular post office twice in the 15+ years I’ve resided in this neighborhood. First visit: there was a particular African American women who was rude and loud with every single client once they reached her window (second window from the left). I had to return here again out of last minute emergency. There was a line and TWO different people let others skip ahead. I later realized it was bc this same particular woman was still employed! Only this time there was also a younger female with curly hair to laugh at the way the woman was treating the clients!! Literally, the people were trying to avoid having to be service by this particular woman! It is unbelievable the United States Postal Service allows such a person to continued to be employed by them! I will never ever return to this location again!!!!
