the lady that helped me was very efficient! despite a rude customer in front of me she kept her cool and gave me a pleasant experience! i don’t think the reviews of this place give it a fair chance! thank you guys for all that you do!! customer service isn’t always easy !!

I went to check the package today. Fortunately, there is a Chinese-speaking staff member who is serious and friendly.The bad thing is that I jumped in the queue. I didn't realize that I jumped in the queue until I finished my business and went out. I'm really sorry for the lady in front of me.
