Gave a ⭐️ just so I could post, the workers at the location are awful, very rude instead of helping they start raising their voice every time I went there I had a badddd experience thanks God I moved, all of them should get fired and hire people with good customer service skills

I had a wonderful experience with the young lady at the stamps/packaging window to the far left at this location. She was hands down the nicest clerk I have ever encountered. Her attentiveness, kindness, and engaging personality truly stood out to me. Despite the potentially stressful environment of a post office, she remained positive and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. I was impressed by her professionalism and genuine care for the customers. I highly recommend visiting this location.

I had pleasant experiences the 2 times I’ve been to this Post Office..Will update tomorrow when picking up a package.UPDATE: nothing changed , went to pick up a certified letter, and once again I left the building with a Good feeling.

I don't trust this location. My package was opened and arrived empty. While I was sending it, there was another customer complaining that her package was opened. I use another location since.

I see that a lot of people in the area have the same issue as me. Instead of delivering the package, the delivery person delivered the slip of paper telling me that I have to pick up the package myself at this location because "you were not home". Even though I was home. And only one delivery "attempt" now, even though the paper slip indicates first attempt, second attempt, etc, they just leave it blank. And to top it all off they indicate in the tracking information that they delivered the package. I am guessing that this is to avoid detection and not get in trouble for failing to do their job. My guess is that they don't even have the package with them when they leave the slip of paper.

I had an amazing experience here in March for a passport renewal, the lady that attended to me was so helpful and guided me through the process, I forgot one document at home and she informed her colleagues to look out for me and they assisted me. I got my passport in 2-3 weeks thanks to her assistance.

I frequently use different post offices and this is one that is uniquely awful. The employees go out of their way to be unhelpful and randomly pedantic in ways that always seem to result in them getting out of helping you. Considering that I find most every other post office employee everywhere else I go to be mostly competent and willing to assist, I can only imagine these people are managed poorly or are simply constitutionally nasty.
