Came here for a passport renewal. The agent told me that my form and check amount were wrong, even though my form says "RENEWAL APPLICATION" and the check amount was automated through the passport system. Thanks for wasting my time.

The black ladies working here are all rude. I haven’t met a single nice person here. I can tell their parents didn’t love them growing up. They talk about the customers right in front of them. I wish I didn’t have to do business here but it’s the only usps near me. I promise I don’t want to be there just as the employees don’t want to be there. Who is the manager? Because they need to be fired. Why do they allow such employees to continue working there… make it make sense.

the most disgusting post office. absolutely rude employees who do not want to do anything extra or try to solve the problem, help. absolutely lazy rude people. talk to visitors so disgustingly and unpleasantly as if we came to their home. do not deserve even one star. several times I witnessed a situation when black female employees disrespectfully and arrogantly talked to Chinese women who do not speak English well. I ask the management to take action, because every visit to this institution is absolutely terrible

If you’re coming here thinking you’re gonna get help, think again. Ignorant people working here, they will get loud and rowdy with you just asking for some simple help. I came in with respect and good intentions but this one black lady had other intentions. I asked for a simple envelope and she wouldn’t simply hand me one from over the counter. Instead, she claimed that she didn’t understand why I even needed an envelope.. take in mind these envelopes were placed right behind her where I had no access to getting it myself. When I asked for the manager she told me there was no manager available, so I asked for her name she responded with “John Smith” . I called her ignorant and she then had a mouth with me. I simply went to another employee and asked for the same help but the black lady yelled at all other employees to not help me. Personally, I don’t think she should even be working at usps, I think she’s better off working for Wendy’s fast food chain.

There is an Asian man, around 60 years old, who can speaks Cantonese, working there. He has very bad attitude. The way he treats customers is unacceptable. He is so rude and disrespectful!!!

So rude. I was on the phone with a lady, and she wouldn’t answer my question. I asked what we needed to bring, and she replied in such a rude mannered tone. Proceeded to tell me to wait, and put me on hold. This other guy answered, and stopped talking and I hear background noise. Then the lady comes back and talks to me in an almost condescending tone. Doesn’t even deserve a one star rating, go somewhere else.

I sold an item on eBay and used a prepaid USPS Group Advantage label to ship it.
On 4/18 at 2:00 pm, I took the package to a USPS Post Office nearby.
However, the USPS counter employee refused to scan my package, which had never happened before with any employee. Instead, she simply placed it in a bin.
The next day, on 4/19 at 1:30 pm, I called the same USPS office and spoke to a representative.
The manager informed me that I should request the counter employee to scan my prepaid package and provide a receipt.
She explained that if it wasn't scanned at that location, I might have to wait for the next USPS facility to scan it after it's transferred there.
There is no way to know if they put my package somewhere or some employee just take my package home because there is no scan. Will file report after 7 days ask for footage

This delivery people just left in silence and no packages have been delivered. Called them and just wasted life with robot asking murky question yes or no.
