This is the most disgusting post office ever. Rude and unprofessional workers. They never answer phone calls. Some drivers do a terrible job. Parcels disappear. Explanations are not possible. No one wants to talk culturally, especially their manager. Such workers need to be driven out. What is America's Postal Service becoming? Horror!!!

Zero stars. I've had 4 packages dropped off at this post office now and every single time, they "receive" the package but will not scan for acceptance for another week, MINIMUM. You're lucky if it leaves within 10days.

All previous reviews are true!!! This post office NEVER delivers packages. They NEVER ATTEMPT TO DELIVER or leave any notices, and always LIE by updating their system as they tried, but no one was available. Disgusting, lazy, and corrupt! Wish you all to be out of jobs and never find another!

USPS postal worker from this location signed off on my package themselves and my international package was “lost”. I only received partial compensation from sending country and USPS refuses to even look into a compensation because they aren’t the sending country. I spent hours between USPS and the other country’s post office. Horrible. Negligent. Lazy.

I put my mail on hold for 3 weeks, putting a note that I will pick up the mail myself at the post office. When I came to pick up the worker did not find my correspondence, suggesting that the postman must have put it in my mailbox. Firstly, I noted that I would pick up the mail myself. Second, I didn't get anything. The question arises: where is my mail for 3 weeks?

They take forever to help you out. There's only 1 or 2 people there. They're NOT reliable at all. We've been there a couple of times (different months, different situations) but they are not helpful at all. They will make you wait. They will tell you to call them back next day after 8am but it's just BS.

The worst customer service ever! Cannot communicate to customers politely and always gets emotional and takes personal! The personnel needs a proper training and filtering!
