The website claims this post office closes at 5. Yet at 3:30pm the doors are locked and gates are pulled down on a Tuesday afternoon. Everything about this branch is horrible. Everything!!

Came here on a Friday at 2.20pm! They were close, I figure they were on lunch! Left and came back at 2.50pm and they were still close. People came and ledt! More people came and left! I do not know of any other post office that closes for lunch break and even if you does! Why don't you put a a sign saying what time you close for break and what time you reopen! So people knows not to come at that time. It states that they are open from 9am to 5pm! After 3.30pm and they were still closed

i've been going here my entire life, and have never had an ounce of negative thing to say until now.in recent years there has been a female clerk that works here, who is beyond unprofessional to customers. impatient, not mindful and refuses to help when patrons are confused or has a slight hiccup when about small things.this seems to be the pattern and behavior with most local post offices nearby. brownsville location is another terrible example.our communities deserve better.

I have to share my negative experience with this postal office. My parcel dissapeared in their limited-access area.I wanted to return an $130-worth item back to the shop. So I packed it in a simple regular-sized white plastic bag and left it on a scale inside one of these specially created places (that are separated from publicly-accessed space of the office with a transparent window).And my package has never been delivered to the destination. Neither the barcode on it has ever been scanned.I don’t know how packages could disappear from this limited-access area.When I had to go to the postal office again and asked for any fast-check (maybe its just lost somewhere around?) - the staff didn’t even move, the reaction was like “And so what?” They just said me to go to the website, look for a phone number of some manager (God know where he/she is located) to talk - and that’s it. But how he/she could help me remotely while the last place where my package was - is here?I am very disappointed. Although I absolutely understand and accept that a lot of issues could happen while delivering, I still feel very suspicious about this case and reaction for that. Maybe for someone $130 is not a big deal, but for me it was.P.S. The photo I added to my review is made in another postal office. The reason is just to explain what kind of “specific space to leave parcel” I left mine to be delivered.

It was ok, I don't the rep was too thrilled that it was a little busy and she was by herself. I think that it should be at least 2 people up front and at all times for this area.

Worst place ever, both tellers refused to take packages, "claiming" im not part of their station even though my business is 1 block away, literally shut the windows in my face and ran to the back, the senile lady was so disrespectful, please avoid this place, the worst of worst in the city...
