Sometimes I don't understand why people have to have such a bad attitude, being a good person doesn't cost money, here are two people who don't speak Spanish and I ask the girl with glasses if she speaks Spanish and with her bad attitude she answers me with a bad attitude. starts telling me that the package I chose is not the one I should use, you are supposed to be there to provide services. If you don't like working, then stay at home and lie down.

Window clerk lady is horrible today .I am trying to drop my return box she don't want to talk with me she busy her cell phone this not acceptable in work place using personal cell phone & don't care customer.finnally she didn't take my package she it's not fit window but they have door she don't want to open door I have to go different Post office.

Employer took lunch @ 12 pm then left the door at 1pm. Supposedly they take 1 hr lunch as per sign on the door. She saw the line and walked away like nothing. This is very unprofessional and I wold love to get in contact with her manager. 8 ppl on the line and she still hasn’t return his is unreal. How ppl take advantage of this situation to do whatever they want because hey have no supervisors.

The staff is well informed and nice. I have been using their services a few days each week, for a few years, and have found them to be very helpful. I found this to be the case, even on the few days when they were understaffed during the pandemic. They held things down. This is definitely one of the better post offices in East New York.

These people open late go to lunch for almost 2 hours leaving people waiting in line and then have the audacity to close early when they feel like it. Overall bad experience.

It's horrible. I waited for 30 mins in a line of 4 people. there's one man working there who is absolutely inept. he let two people the weren't in line cut in front of me saying they were first. He takes way to long to put things into the computer, and is not helpful at all in terms of cheaper shipping methods. Don't waste your time going here, it's truly a waste.
