This is the WORST post office in America. They lie and say that they’ve delivered packages that were never delivered then when you go to the post office to see what the issue is they tell you the package will be delivered the next day. This post office shouldn’t even be open. ??♀️

Packages never get delivered. They always say no secure location. They don’t ring the doorbell or leave any . If you don’t track your package online you will never know it is at the post office.

Horrible experience omg they always angry they always stealing packages the driver stole my $900 pair of sneakers and was told the driver delivered it and someone signed mind you I was at work…and the supervisor Tiffany Gonzales was absolutely no help along with the rest. Just terrible if you live in that area pay fed ex

Can’t believe I’m actually reviewing a USPS location, but I have to say that their employees here are wonderful. Jordan and Tiffany have been extremely helpful over phone and email. Very surprised.

I was expecting my Victoria's secret delivery today. when I checked my email it said it was delivered at 11:04am. There was no package left in the mailbox or on the steps. I just move to this area. The post office is right down the block from where I live. The worst post office.. I wish I didn't have to give you any star.

My wife and I found this place to be outstanding and the staff was very kind to us.We went over here, defeated, having made an appointment at another post office. When we went over to the other place , to get our daughters passport-They canceled all the appointments that day without letting us know . We tried to plan that out well , because both parents need to be there .for both, taking time off from work and maneuvering around the city with an infant to various disparate USPS locations is no small feat.so we went here. They were super kind and welcoming to us and we were able to get her passport application submitted, and our daughters photo taken with ease. Wow. Thank you so much.

They aren’t capable to handle critical problems in the system and can’t provide solution and also can’t show the proper way in professional manner. I told the lady to solve my issue , I need a conversation with the post master. She told me NO with unprofessional manner but gave me the help desk contact number. Later I asked for form, she replied me NO, they haven’t it right now. But I saw the form is given in the other counter. The working older person have a good heart to help the people but don’t know how to manage critical task. That’s the story.I think some of them need proper supervision for correcting their manner and also training on critical issues.Later I file complaint against system and issues through help desk and the next day they called me and done my tasks with saying apologized over the phone.

The postman really cares to make sure we get our packages. The ladies in this post office are always pleasant and efficient. They try to keep it cool in there too which makes a big difference when waiting in line

The manager/supervisor here is amazing her an a few other workers at the post office i can definitely say are some of usps best!! i’ll never forget them going above an beyond to assist there customers . imagine your package tracking info being wrong an dedicated workers sorting that all out for you an finding your package !! ?? thank you thank you thank you ??????

I was just there today the clerk 32 explains everything in great detail; where its not confusing and its easy to understand. She was very friendly and puts in a lot of care into her work and cares about customers she is Professional, polite, informative. I forgot her name I saw clerk number on receipt.
