There's always a problem with my packages with this post office. They go missing, delivered across the street to the wrong address, and now the key to the parcelbox won't open. My package is stuck inside. Whoever is doing this needs to stop. I will put in a report with the postal inspector office. There's only one worker who makes sure I get my packages, the short spanish guy who drives the truck. Thank you so much for doing your job. Another thing is to stay off the damn phone when delivering packages and doing the mail. This is how everything gets messed up FOCUS ON THE JOB.

What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t service you until hours after?? They accepted my passport appointment for 1:15; I arrived earlier and now they said she takes break at 1 pm. The people here are rude and don’t care about anyone else’s time but theirs. Do not come here, go elsewhere. Waste of time.

This complaint is directly for Sharra Fuddin. The supervisor at 2645 Atlantic Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11207. Today I had a 2:00pm passport appointment for my newborn. My husband and I came early and upon reaching the teller we were told by the supervisor that although we had an appointment we would need to come back in an hour and a half due to a staffing issue. When I asked the supervisor why she didn’t call to inform is before our appointment she became rude and irate and threatened to cancel our passport appointment.

This post office is not to be trusted with our packages. I had numerous packages missing do to there negligence and careless acts. Their is one delivery driver Korean to be correct who is just leaving our packages in a safe location he doesn't. Let me be more clear my elevator in my building is under construction I live on the second floor and he will not bring it up like all the others he will leave it in the lobby where there is alot of in and out and the door is always open. This week alone I'm missing 3 packages one I found the bag in the stairs without my items that tells you he does not care. And Ms Sure who is the supervisor does not do anything about it no matter how many time I speak with he re. She always has an excuse. I had enough with this post office and it's delivery drivers and workers. They need a better Manger and supervisor they run this place like a project play ground.

I've called I don't know how many times and they don't pick up.... the mail carrier leaves my mail in other people's opened mailbox and I've had mail missing. Checks missing all the time because people don't know how to either let your neighbors know or do not take mail that ain't yours. That wouldn't be a problem if the mailman puts the mail were it belongs. They have no consideration, specially if they see checks that need to be delivered.... horrible experience every couple of weeks ?

This might be the worst usps store to ever exist.i have called atleast 10 times with not one answer that is absolutely crazy. im not here to tear a business down, But this is unacceptable. Each call was at different hours as well. There is no way 6 hours of a day you cant answer atleast once

To have all my ducks in a row only to be interrupted by a Verifone that has card reading issues with three different cards. Banks say is not them. The server needs to be adjusted.

My package was delivered to another address. From a female employee. The supervisor is giving me the run around. Idk how you can. Click on delivered at proper address. But it was the wrong address. It just doesn’t add up. The supervisor tells me. The employee went back. No one hasn’t been answering the door. No duh. You can’t get that back. Also who’s to say the employee ain’t take it. Supervisor tells me I have to call foot locker. But your employee messed up. She wasn’t even trying to accommodate, at all. Then she tells me they don’t refund. Yup. THE SENDER COMPANY HAS TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. BECAUSE USPS MESSED UP!!! That’s if they agree on it. Because it got safely in USPS hands. So how they got to refund.

Lies about delivering packages. Says they left a note, but there was no note. Why has the federal government not done anything about this office after all the reviews? I’m sending this to the news because no one is doing anything with all the complaints about this office.
