Updated 2024 review: I've had a very rough history with this place for years. Had some mail stolen from a USPS courier, they used to leave packages outside, some mail would be put in the wrong mailbox or I'd get mail from another building, and sometimes mail would take longer to come to me. Because of my complaints and me keeping my foot on their necks, things have gotten a little better. In store most of the people there are fast and friendly, but some are very rude and unprofessional, and so are some of the Supervisors. I had someone do a very kind gesture for me this past Spring, and I appreciated that.

Avoid using this post office if at all possible. Do not get a PO Box here if you can help it. It will take years off your life

I’ve had two packages gone missing from this post office within one week of each-other. When I speak to the supervisor customer service. Shakera Elie, provides no other explanation other than it shows delivered when I explain to them how was it delivered to my mailbox and somehow missing when that’s a secured locked mailbox and nothing in there. After reading the review it appears the couriers are stealing the packages… I’ve informed that supervisor I’ll be filing a formal complaint on this location.

These people are trash. They don't care about their jobs or your package or your time! I believe you go here for tour soul to die. Unprofessional, uncaring useless people!

Just filed an official complaint with USPS about this branch. Horrendous supervisor who called me a liar when I told him I haven’t gotten my mail in two weeks (and neither have my neighbors). Courier claims he’s delivered it but no mail is to be found. Thieves.

The reviews are all true. Think of the worst post office you've ever been in and then multiply it by a hundred. Avoid if you can, useless AND confident/rude about it.
Drop a report on the usps site about it too, maybe someday someone will clear house at this circus

Twice I’ve had packages marked as delivered when they never even rang my door bell. I have checked the cameras at my apartment and no one ever even showed up. After sending a service request they informed me it was successfully delivered to the correct address. Every time I see ups transfers my package to this nightmare of a post office I know I will never get my mail?

This Post office is thee worst. Barely any staff at the window. Lines are consistently long. There may be one woman there that is always nice when I have her, Black lady with locs. Throw the rest away

I don't see the need of this place having a number, nobody never answer the phones and when you go there it's not even that busy for nobody to not answer the phone, worse delivery service in my opinion, I fear every time I make an order and see USPS, ordered some live stuff, but I'm positive they will die before I get my package. Trying to call to see if my package returned to the office or not, but all I'm hearing is the useless automation and whenever it tries to connect nobody is there.
Summary
Worse service!!

If I could put zero. Woman on the left window with the durag today beyond unhelpful.
I have 3 envelopes unmarked with 3 separate QR codes.
She says "put them all in the box"
I say "Could I do them separately to keep the QR codes Straight"
She just repeats " put them all in the box so I don't have to go up and down with the window!"
It's "3" envelopes!
I take them back and go down the street at different usps and the woman offers on her own "put them one at at time" so they don't get mixed up

It feels like the staff could use a bit more training in customer service - a friendly smile, patient or greeting can make all the difference. And when it comes to handling packages, it's been a bit of a struggle. I've found myself having to ask them to double-check my packages more than once. I'm sharing this in the hope that things will get better because we all rely on our postal service.

Rude people, packages get stolen by employees or lost, and employees just don't want to do their job. Was told I had to pay them money for them to deliver a package I sent out that was perfectly shipped, packaged, and labeled correctly with all the correct information. What a joke.

Staff that do USPS shame. Maybe you wouldn’t be rated 1 star if you hired competent people :)
