I came here to get my passport signed off as I have to leave the country for a week due to a family emergency. We went by appointment to get it signed off and we encountered one of the rudest people ever here. She was rude and her attitude was disgusting. She thought the entire time she was right and that me and my mom were wrong.
Long story short my passport was denied due to filling out the wrong application. We just needed this lady to sign the application and ship it within the next hours. This was a emergency passport and everything was going well after calling the passport services saying we can fill out a new application to receive my passport this week but everything came out bad when we encountered this lady. She was rude from the start and start arguing back and forth with my mom about needing to have information with me knowing that in the letter that my personal information is with the passport services and is not needed as said in the letter. She was talking about us with her co-worker right in front of us and didn’t bother signing the required information. Due to this, my passport was denied a second time as she didn’t bother signing off anything knowing that it was a emergency passport. Now if u had a emergency, wouldn’t u be writing this as well to come at the people who are rude and disrespectful? Half of these comments and reviews show that. PLEASE. If u don’t wanna work or u don’t wanna work her, THEN DONT!

I went to send a package. There was little to no line and the staff was very helpful and quick. I’ve seen some negative reviews here and I was glad to not have a similar experience.

If i could give 0 stars i would, horrible customer service, its like they wake up miserable everyday with an attitude, unhappy that they have a job, usps should just close down, all of their post offices are horrible because of the nasty people they hire.

Didn’t trust my streets mail box as it had been unbolted from the sidewalk and placed in a strange spot so I decided to walk over.
Encountered a building held together with scotch tape, staples and chewing gum. Loved the angry staff that scoffed at me for attempting to put the letter in the first class letter deposit slot. Left it on a random pile that I assume was outgoing mail? Apologized to the mail carrier for my ignorance which went on deaf ears.
Highly recommend experiencing to be reminded of what our slowly crumbling society deserves for a govt institution.

Passport application - made a passport application for 9am right when they opened for my 8 month old son and arrived early. After 40 minutes of waiting, the passport employee still had not arrived. I had my wife and toddler with us which was stressful and no one was willing to help despite a confirmed appointment. I’m still waiting as of writing this review

Extremely poor customer service representative at window!!!!!!! Clerk was extremely rude. Avoid this location at all cost. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT & CLERKS Thank you to the lovely brown skin clerk for stepping in and assisting!

truly the worst service I have ever received, was there to get a passport for my 3 week old child and had to wait for hours even though we had an appointment scheduled - the employee decided to take lunch over our appointment and then sat on he phone for 30 mins before seeing us.

I've always heard the worst stories about post office customer service, but everyone at this post office is extremely helpful and friendly. Occasional long lines move fairly quickly, never had a negative experience. Thanks USPS

Just closed. In the middle of the week, 11am. No notice on the doors or on line. Several people beside me were waiting in front of the closed doors.

The clerk was being difficult for no reason. Claimed she was waiting for us 45 minutes for passport then refused to help because the application was double-sided. If you don't like your job, just quit.

I asked about a package that should have delivered on 4/23 and they asked if I was in ("XYZ number or and the one next door") immediately when I walked in and then the woman told me they had a ton of packages contents stolen before they even went out- so someone at this location is going through packages. super rough. girl at the counter was super nice tho!

I will leave zero stars if possible. The worst customer service I’ve never received from the woman working here. So rude and she couldn’t care less about helping people to send their parcels. Please find new workers for the office who know how to talk and treat people!!!

The staff at this post office is the worst! The two woman there add very lazy and extremely rude. More so than any post office in the U.S. So many instances I cannot list them all. But one example is she was texting o her phone while there was a big line. Almost anything you go to them for, they tell you to use the kiosk! They are the laziest staff I ever experienced
