I had a package that the wrong address but Eddie with a lot of patience helped me locate the package and I was finally able to recover .. he took the time to call and let me know that the package was ready to pick it up .. thank you for your help patience and time

My boyfriend had an appointment for 11:30 AM last week on a Thursday. He shows up only to find out his appointment’s been cancelled WITHOUT NOTICE. Not only did they cancel his appointment unannounced, But they also cancelled several people’s appointments because they “Didn’t have a passport agent” that day. The clerk’s solution was to pencil him down for another day same time and to tell the clerk that day he is booked for the time slot. Fast forward to the new appointment, He was rudely told he didn’t have an appointment and that he “Didn’t know” what the other clerk did but it wasn’t his problem. He waited for over an hour to be discarded on the side, On account of an error THEY MADE. Completely disorganized, disrespectful and absolutely shameful. Don’t waste your time at this facility.

Truly hellish experience every time. Lines are extremely long, even if you go fifteen minutes before opening there will already be a line. Only has one window open, so if there are people in front of you with a complicated issue, good luck. Everyone is always on edge and angry.
The employees themselves are wonderful. They must be saints because I personally could not do this job ?

I print my label at home so I don't need to wait in line, for the past 3 years I put my packages in the bin and leave no problems and my packages always get shipped out next morning and usually arrive to their destination in a 2 or 3 days so I can't complain. If you can print your label just do it online instead of waiting on the line !

I’ve never been here and waited less than 30 minutes to be seen. The line is always insaneeeeeeee. It’s so slow and crowded. I really hate coming here

The slowest, most run down, understaffed, broken usps I’ve ever been to. If you come here expect to spend an hour waiting and having simple tasks not work. This has happened every time I’ve been here.

Literally the worst post office I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time coming here unless you like standing in lines for hours and enjoy slow service and I don’t blame the employees they are kind.. I blame the STATE for the lack of budget. Instead of having all 5 of their registers open to operate functionally, they only have TWO registers open… thus SLOW service…

Had an appointment to get a new passport for my 1 year old at 11:30 am. Showed up at 11:20am, as they suggested, and was told to “just wait on the side”. Realized it was 12:00pm and I still wasn’t called. I asked the clerk for help and this was the exchange:
Me: “Hi, do you know what’s going on?”
Clerk: “Honestly, I don’t know. I think he went on break. We only have 1 passport agent so you have to wait for him”
Me: “Ok…I just don’t get what the point of making an appointment is if—“
Clerk: *cuts me off, rudely* WELL, legally we’re entitled to our breaks so….”
I walked away before I went off because girl???? lmao the problem isn’t him taking the break, it’s the fact that y’all allowed me to book an appointment during his break time. I would’ve planned accordingly had I been made aware.
Thankfully, the agent was friendly when he did arrive, but nothing could’ve made up for how rude that clerk at the pick up window was. My baby was getting cranky because I timed her nap to be AFTER her appointment, only for us to still be in the office at that time. I ended up leaving at 12:45pm, which turned my 15 min appointment to an HOUR and 15 mins.
If you have a baby or are in a time-sensitive situation: 1. Plan accordingly 2. Do not converse with the pale-skinned, auburn-haired clerk at the pickup window more than you need to!
