“Such a joyful experience, in stark contrast to the usual experience of trying on pants, especially vintage denim. Ended up with my holy grail denim and comfortable stan rays, which had evaded me until now.”

376 Court St, Brooklyn“This sweet shop is providing an amazing service to parents, kiddos and the earth! I feel so much better about selling and purchasing gently used clothes than I do buying new stuff and thus, contributing to world’s consumption and waste. The selection is nicely curated and the staff is warm and helpful. So grateful to have Owl Tree in our neighborhood!”
“Great place to study and work. Awesome coffee and barista too. It emanates a neighborhood vibe, people coming in and chatting. Great way to spend a morning if you have some work to do or want to relax in a coffee shop!”
“Loved this store. Beautifully put together.
Vintage & handcrafted goods such as ceramics, candles.
Lovely selection of sterling silver earrings, rings, bracelets, anklets, & chains!
Great spot for finding unique and well-made gifts!
Nice touch was the 28 Scotch & the Tequila to sample by the dressing rooms.”
“amazing little vintage shop. unique items in amazing condition. kyle was also so genuine and helpful. definitely add this to your list of vintage shops to visit!”
“Amazing curated vintage shop! The ladies there are knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and helpful during your shopping experience. I was there shopping with a client for men’s vintage, they only have one vendor that caters to men’s, which limited our shopping. However we did find a unique denim Diesel jacket there. At the register the ladies were helpful in suggesting other markets and shops that carried mens vintage.”
“This store has all of the unique styles you won’t see everywhere. Great customer service and very personal. I went with my partner Kev Lo who was able to find my daughter’s bday gift in a crunch for time. Thank you Unique StyleBK!”
“Didn’t buy anything but I’d 100% recommend this place if you wanna have a genuine talk about vintage fashion with the owner :) also the store had some beautiful pieces at reasonable prices”
“small shop but full of things especially costume jewellery, the lady is incredibly sweet and kind, she's really a kind-hearted lady, definitely stop by ❤️”
“My sister and I visited to go to a concert and we decided to spend our next day walking around Brooklyn. We came across this shop and decided to walk in, the lady at the counter was extremely welcoming! All of the clothes are super cute, we ended up talking to her telling her we weren’t from around here and she gave us some destinations of where we could go. Lovely lady and a lovely little shop!”

“Huge thrift store!
Lots of choice, we were looking for vintage sweatshirts and we found them. As well as a bomber jacket.
Prices are affordable.
They ask to leave the bags in lockers at the entrance.”

132 N 5th St, Brooklyn“I highly recommend ordering online from Awoke Vintage. I absolutely love the sunglasses I ordered from here! What stood out most to me is Awoke Vintage’s customer service. They are quick to respond and are a pleasure to speak with. Will definitely be ordering again!!”
“Fabulous spot for well kept vintage clothing and accessories. Owner really takes care and pride in all the finds and they are priced accordingly. Went home with the cutest pale blue sweater dress <3 can’t wait to go back”
“Great experience shopping here. Sheryl the owner is so personable and has a great eye. It feels like a highly curated selection with fair prices. I bought a fun bright yellow leather jacket that is a deviation from my usual toned down colors but I absolutely love it. Will definitely be back.”
10AM - 6PM
151 Norman Ave, Brooklyn“BEAUTIFUL TO BUY FROM and EXCELLENT TO SELL TO!The owners are always working in the store which is the real evidence to a great indie owned company. They love what they do! Very selective on what they take in making what they sell high quality. Pricing is below retail and they have $2-$6 bins with hidden gems. Found a lot of brand new high end - name brand- clothes for a friends baby shower. Excellent place to sell clothes, take credit and upgrade your childs wardrobe.”
“really cool flea market ! i found some good deals on vintage bags, got really cute everyday rings, and found some interesting artists. great way to kill time while also finding unique & vintage items. overall, the place had great energy from the variety of options to the music selection. will definitely be returning !”
12 - 7:15PM
281 N 6th St, Brooklyn“Beautiful store and concept. Wide range of clothing from linens to lace cotton dresses and silk/poly lingerie dresses and tops at $60-80 price points. The hanging dresses up top are a few hundred dollars or more :/”
“Very quiet store. Shirts and dresses are organized by color, which makes browsing easy. Selection of men’s and women’s vintage clothes at very reasonable prices; got a leather jacket for $90 and a sleeveless shirt for $22. Do remember to check the condition of the items though; the store is not well lit, and I didn’t notice the items I got were each missing one button until I got home. Overall pleasant shopping experience, definitely recommend.”
“Great selection of men's leather jackets at good prices. Everything there looked very fashionable and the garments were all clean and well maintained. Even some items from big names like Hugo Boss etc.Unfortunately there were very few items in a size small for mens (I'm 5'7" with a pretty slim build and I have this problem at vintage/thrift stores a lot) so I couldn't get anything. I left wishing I were larger because full genuine suede and leather jackets for $100 bucks is a pretty good deal if you ask me....Minus one star because I wanted to buy a few jackets but the size distribution did not accommodate me ?”
10AM - 5:30PM
2335 Pitkin Ave, Brooklyn“My son and I love to shop here. You can never leave this store empty handed ??. You really have to dig through the racks to find the good stuff. The staff is friendly and they have a clean restroom.”
“I love this place! Great clothes, vibes, and people. They have a selection of carefully selected vintage items that include clothes, jewelry, home decor, and more. If you’re on Tompkins it’s well worth the visit.”
“Fabulous store! Saori has been here 20 years! The store is small but the finds are everywhere! There was even a gorgeous milly peacock dress for $115. She had a sale rack out front and everything was $20! My lord. So awesome.”
“Such a great shop. I'm in RI but the owner has gone above and beyond to help me virtually so I could get the most perfect gifts (a few for myself). Awesome selection of unique stuff, hard to choose because there's so many cool things. Love that the owner features so many local talents, is so aware of sustainability, and chooses an organization to support every month. The best.”
“This store is amazing! There is an abundance of very cool vintage pieces and the stylish collection that they have really makes this shop standout against the others. Unique patterns and colors that are so hard to find in men’s clothing. The prices are reasonable for vintage pieces. I can’t wait to go back again to find more unique pieces. The shop staff and owner were very helpful throughout the process of scheduling an appt and shopping in store.”
“Phenomenal curation, legit the best I have ever seen. A bit on the pricier side but Jon is willing to work with you on pricing especially if you buy multiple things. Very friendly too! I will be back next time I'm in NYC :)”
10AM - 9PM
1453 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn“Good customer service. The scents and aesthetics upon entering are a vibe. SOPHIA (curly hair) is a pro with handling clientele: projecting confidence in finding a fit for what people are looking for and making browsers feel welcome and enthused to convert to spenders. She carried herself with the attention of a shop owner but without the pressure to meet bottom line--calming, authentic energy. Bought stuff due to her and so did others. Come here for something unique yet chic as a gift or self care indulgence.”
“Best vintage spot in NY. Coming from a thrift veteran ?♂️. Dopest selection, most reasonable prices. Come here to get that favorite piece you’re gonna rock on that special occasion. Owner is the man. Always glad to support”
“My favvvvv fav fav vintage store in all of BK. From the classics (huge selection of Levi’s) to rare finds (a silk blouse I will have for the rest of my life), you cannot leave empty handed it’s literally impossible. <3 you Awoke”
“A place I always go back to and leave with a cherished find ✨️ Such a welcoming vintage shop and someone's always around to assist with any help you may need. Looking forward to building my closet with more and more Unearth Vintage pieces. ?”
