This place is awful. Aside from the workers ALL being rude and acting like your bothering them by simply asking a question such as operating hours they closed my storage unit without any notice and auctioned off all my thing and irreplaceable momentous from my children's birth and childhood.

I've had this storage unit for years, in fact i believe my dad owned it before I was even born and yet it still has all our stuff in it and trust me we have a LOT of clutter so when I say the small unit can fit a car in it then you just gotta believe me

Rats, lots of rats and the staff is rude. They overcharge BIG time. I had to buy a new lock, they sold me a $1-$2 lock for $10. Was with them for more than 4 yrs (long story) and they never offered any discounts or incentives, nothing at all. Under regular circumstances, I would've never chosen this place.

I feel unsafe in the facility because there are strange homeless people living there and walking in the halls my item are at risk of rats gnawing through my boxes and theft
