This location in every category is so much better than other locations like midwood and sheepshead bay in bklyn. The tech team are super helpful including Noel and other techs. ( Both that I had were great. They help you with all of your issues and are very patient for long periods of time.Honestly its some of the best customer service Ive had at a chain store. Then on top Christian the manager is helpful, professional and also very knowledgeable. Id like to add another star for him.I live a considerable distance away but I travel to this store because every time I come here the experience is good.Even when I went to lower level everything was super organized and neat.This reflects on a good manager.

We cannot thank Leo enough for all of his help and patience. He truly is such a kind soul. He answered all of our questions and executed our prints exactly how we pictured. Thank you so much Leo for everything. We truly appreciate it & will definitely be back in the future!

I have never felt more ripped off than today. I went into staples to print ONE document, that did not need to be colored. I requested for help at the desk at the staff sent me to the workstation. I went back asking if she could help me but she told me the workstation will only charge me a prepaid 10$ but not actually 10$. After printing my ONE document it charged me 14$. My document came out to 12$, which I think was ridiculous. It's 11 pages but definitely not worth 12$. She told me it's because I printed twice. Only one document came out & I knew I only printed once. Worst customer service.

I ordered some custom prints and they were ready the same day. The employees were extremely courteous and helpful, and there was even a parking lot (rare in Brooklyn). Thank you, I'll definitely return.

This Staples is the closest one to me. It has two floors. I gave them 5 stars for their customers service. There was one time, an employee saw me carrying a lot of items and I was heading to the stairs, he told me I should use their elevator. Yesterday, I went to the cashier to pay my items. I asked her if there was a restroom. I didn't expected her to announce it over her microphone. Another employee escorted me to the stockroom area where the restroom was. Afterward, I left there with a free 5 stars college rule notebook. I redeemed the $5 coupon they sent me via email.

My favorite Staples, love how efficient and accommodating their staff in printing services is. Anytime I've been here in the past year, I find them to be very helpful.

Don't return Amazon packages here. I returned a package worth $116 to Amazon. The Staples Copy Center clerk refused to physically take the small box and required me to drop it off in the large plastic bin which is to the side of the counter and which ANYONE can access. Surprise, surprise.... after 10 days, there's still no UPS record of it having been shipped at all via UPS tracking and now Amazon will charge me for the package stolen from there Staples drop-off bin. I hope other people wise up and stop trusting their packages to be shipped here, whether it's an Amazon return or not.

No wonder staples stores are closing down. First there is no people to help when you are searching for something, second the store appearance is like it's under construction, debris on the floor all over, i asked the manager about brown wrapping papers which comes in large tubes, the response was: " well if the item is not moving it's discontinued ". Brown paper discontinued in paper store? That is ridiculous.

An overall 3 stars because they met my needs in having documents scanned. I couldn't find a kinkos in Brooklyn so I ended up here. The location is somewhat convenient, but it's very disorganized inside and somewhat of a circus. All of the employees were not knowledgeable on certain services so there was one employee overcompensating to meet the customers expectations.

Do all Staples stores suck as much as this one does? Very disorganized, messy and no customer service and there's always some kind of issue at the check out which makes the line longer and longer. Check out is horrible and people who work there look miserable. It takes 20 minutes to buy a few items bcuz there is always something wrong in there. The only good experience I had in this store was UPS. Their AC doesn't work properly as well

I must admit that I used to dread coming here, but WOW, they've really upped their game. I needed a new Solid State hard drive which is one of the items they need to get from the back. One guy acknowledged me quickly and then passed me to the dude that would help me. They were out of the one I wanted, but the other one was a suitable replacement. He retrieved it immediately. Took me to the counter directly to ring me up, bypassing about 20 people in line AND they had competitive pricing, that dropped the price by $20. This is how these stores can compete with Amazon and other online retailers. I was kind of blown away and was out of there in less than 10 minutes. I will be back.
