This is the worst UPS store in the planet. It’s a mess, service is terrible, the personnel is rude and, to top it off, when you ship something there, they have “no space” to receive it. UPS needs to reevaluate this.

Poor customer service!! Just to drop off packages the two workers were rude and insulting. Instead of letting me know there would be a charge because one of the packages were not taped. They both went back and forth with me regarding TAPE which I had no problem paying for in a very insulting way. I was very much aware the package wasn’t sealed. The worker decided it was appropriate to show me on my phone what the Amazon barcode meant when it says “packaged” as if I could not read. I then proceeded to ask the guy if he would like to charge me for tape and he told me he would charge me $20. The other worker thought it was a great idea to then add his opinion on the matter only making the situation escalate. Because they had an attitude these workers proceeded to charge me $3 for a singly piece of tape for a small package.

Lazy employees - wouldn’t take an already labeled package at closing time. Didn’t need to do an ounce of work other than just take the package into possession.

Absolutely ridiculous prices for packaging services. Save your money and go to literally any other UPS store if you need something packaged. Tried to charge me $65 for something a different UPS store packaged for free. Very opaque about it too.
