Absolutely the worst UPS Store I’ve ever dealt with. The staff here are not just rude — they’re downright nasty. The supervisor in particular was arrogant, dismissive, and acted like doing his job was beneath him. When I raised an issue about how my package was handled, he looked me dead in the face and said, “We’re in business.” What does that even mean? Is that how you justify treating people like garbage?
Reading the other one-star reviews, I can confirm: they’re all telling the truth. These employees don’t care about customers, period. And instead of improving things, all they do is leave robotic replies on Google trying to save face. It’s pathetic.
This place is a disaster. If you want to be disrespected, ignored, and overcharged — by all means, go here. If you expect basic decency or professionalism, look elsewhere. UPS should be embarrassed to have their name on this store.

The response from the owner does not reflect the actual details of my experience. The story they’ve provided is unrelated to the issue I raised and feels like a generic attempt to deflect criticism rather than address what actually happened. My review stands.
