I came into notarized a document, and instead of saying right away time is up. They walked away for 5 minutes then told me later no notary.
I was the only one in there, why not tell me immediately instead of standing around?

I had a package that wasn’t delivered because I wasn’t home. I filled out the back of the notice, to have the package released and left at my door. The next day, UPS still didn’t delivery it, and said it was being returned to sender. I called, and they refused to waive the fee for holding the package at UPS even though it was their error. Terrible delivery service, and customer service.

I felt welcomed as I entered the store. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was informed of products that could help me with my shipment, as well as being very informative when answering all questions I had about other services they offered.

I went into the UPS store this afternoon at this location and I brought in a package with my label already attached. They told me that it could not be scanned and therefore I had to leave with the package. So I went over to the Bay Ridge Mail Station, which is where I typically go and they had an issue as well (and I brought it forward to them that there was an issue at the UPS store) and they said all we have to do is put it in manually and they did. So I asked them why the UPS store couldn’t do it and then they said that they could in fact have done that but just refused to do so. I just wanted to let everyone know if you have packages to mail, it is so much easier at the Bay Ridge Mail Station where you can also Mail FedEx, USPS as well as UPS packages and they are very accommodating and friendly.
