Yesterday I dropped off a package at UPS for a USPS pickup. In conversation the young man said the packages wouldn’t be picked up until the following day. When I got home I realized I accidentally left something in the box that wasn’t supposed to be in there. I was in a panic all night. I went back to the store in the morning when they opened at 8:30am. When I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Daisy. I explained to her what happened and she reassured me she would check, I described the box and gave her my ID. she found the box in 2 seconds!!! she really was so kind and helpful and definitely an asset to this store.
Daisy was alone and helping 4 customers. Between a customer printing, another one sending out packages and picking up packages and myself who needed to find a package that was already dropped off, she handled it all with grace and a smile on her face. She has great customer service with everyone and am very grateful she was able to help me. Thank you Daisy!!

I called to ask how much a P.O. Box cost, the person working there on 7-1-2024 at 7pm hung up on me and refuses to answer my phone calls. I have called 20 times in the past 10mins and the worker won’t pick up the phone to answer my question.
I want to spend money there and I don’t feel my money is welcomed.
What’s the problem? I just want to ask how much a P.O. Box cost me.

Dosen't seems like the people working there know what they're doing.
Came to return a box and without even checking it or the return label they said that they could not accept it without the original box. Made me go home, take the train 4 times and bring back another box just to realize that they didn't need it and it was their mistake.
When I asked how can I get in touch with the manager they just said "she might be here on Thursday.
Really bad service, Won't recommend to anyone.

Refused to help a Disabled person!! Tells me to go somewhere else! In their words “you have to leave and go somewhere else”! I told them I have a disability n in their words “WELL TJATS YOUR EXCUSE FOR BEING DISABLED “What the _ is wrong with people ? This place is disgusting!

Went to notary today and the notary change my document date without asking me. I just find out as long as your document is dated on the same day as the notarial act that you will be performing or is dated on an earlier date, it is ok to notarize the document.However, if the document is dated on a future date, the person presenting that document needs to wait until that date or later to have the document notarized.If the document has a date that is in the future, the document is not yet in effect and cannot be notarized. A properly dated document is a requirement of a lawful notarial act. please be more knowledgeable about the document date does not mean the same as the notary date. you just need to put your notary date near your stamp. I need to redo my document at another place. worst experience and wasting my time.
