Patient, attentive, helpful. Need a lot of patience at times because it can get busy to where the line is outside or at the door. The low rating does not reflect the store value. The supervisor is extremely helpful as well.

It’s the only one in the area so it gets busy. The employees are unfailingly kind, patient, and efficient; show them some love! They do lots of stuff in this little shop: Amazon returns, Happy Returns, UPS shipping, passport photos.

Another horrible UPS STORE …. On express legal envelops always want you to buy a product…. Distractingly long lines.. insanely dirty and looks like a storage closet. How is a person supposed to move through. UPS y’all can’t allow your stores to be looking warm and tathered all the time

Went recently, stayed on the line and once the person was done in front of me I didn’t step up waiting for the worker to let me know when to come up to the station. The worker then got on her phone for a bit and says come up as a command, I said good morning, no answer, maybe it wasn’t her day.
Then when we finished, I said thank you but nothing.
