Sign on door says closed on Saturdays. Idk since when because i’ve been here on many Saturdays. Google page needs to reflect that.
I see an apology for all the reviews but would like to know if you actually plan on doing something instead of telling people to send emails when there are dozens of complaints.

Aug 9th, 2024, 10Am Crowded one person working poor woman and the AC is broken. Customers with attitudes because of the crowd, one person worker, and no air conditioning in the store.
Have to take back four stars from last year.

The staff are disgustingly. I went today and the door was locked before 6:30 and the staff opened the door as if to let me in and and I was walking in, he closed the door and said he’s tried. I said that’s rude and showed the time. He said report me then. He’s tall and slim with no teeth in his late 40s

The working hours on the Google Maps are incorrect because UPS store closed on Saturday and UPS store open on Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. This work schedule is written on the door. Please make these changes in Google Maps.

This store is conveniently situated for the Flatbush area. However, as others have mentioned the times listed on their site and on google maps are NOT the same. Not sure whom at store or corporate level can fixed this but it’ll be highly recommended! It seems early morning you’ll have better results. No doubt, there will be a line but it’s not out the door like lunch/midday day timeframe. Also, if they could have 2 working individuals and computers this should alleviate the lines.

I have been calling/visiting this place for 3 days about how to get back a lost receipts tracking number, only to be put on hold for 5 hours still waiting on there manager to come back from a lunch break soo they can assist me..

This UPS location is just ridiculous, unfortunately. It has only gotten more frustrating over the years to do business here and it sadly is the only UPS location in my area. Imagine my surprise when I went to drop off a package this past Saturday morning to find the store CLOSED, and a sign in the window indicating they are closed on Saturdays, despite the hours listed online indicating that they should have been open. I have frequently visited this location on Saturdays so this is new, and also a questionable decision considering Saturday is prime time for those of us unable to make it to the store during the week. To say service is slow at this location would be an understatement, and I think other reviewers have done a great job outlining that flaw. The location is clearly understaffed and the workers overworked and/or disinterested. Instead of suddenly changing the store hours without a proper update to customers, why not heed the reviews and find ways to provide a better customer service experience? Please do better. Yes, as a business your ultimate goal is to make money, but you also have a responsibility to provide adequate service to the community.

The issue is the lines. They never have enough people working here and the lines can take 30 minutes just to return an Amazon package that you are dropping off.
The other local ups stores don’t have this issue, you are in and out. Unfortunately this one is uniquely understaffed and slow.

I've been visiting this location for over 10 years, and this is one of the worse UPS stores in Brooklyn. The attendants ignore you when you're in the line. They purposely don't look at you and continue their tasks as if the store is empty, even if the line is out the door. I understand that the employees have their own tasks to do, but the least they could do is give the customers a heads up or something. A simple "Be right with you" could go a long way.
All that aside, it's in a very convenient location and gets the job done eventually. But if the staff could make the effort to communicate some more the store experience could improve greatly.

The hours online do not match their actual hours. They are only open Sunday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and closed on Saturday. They put a sign on their door and had several customers waiting outside since 8:30 am, which is noted as their opening hours online. Not a great way to treat customers.
