I work 1 block away and come here once every week or 2 to ship out my small business packages for my customers. The ups employees are very helpful. I always purchase a box for my packages because I want to make sure my original pink box arrives without a scratch! The employees usually box for me and are very polite about it. I almost never have to wait either. A great experience and will continue to comeback.

Welcome to UPS - Brooklyn hub. My family has struggled with deliveries for years. For example, imagine, a driver leaves a blank notice on the bell of my family’s building that has a dozen apartments. No apartment number, nothing. Wonder who it belongs to? Everyone waiting on a package in the building has to figure it out on their own… or wait… Delivery to our private house? Even more perplexing. We posted a large note on the door “UPS, WE ARE HOME”. Later on watching our cameras, we notice the driver comes up our walkway while chatting on the phone. Knocks lightly. Grabs his pen to scribble a “Sorry we missed you notice”. Never rings the doorbell, not once (we have two!!! - original and camera doorbell). He had so much passion for his personal phone call, yet none for his employment. New generation.

Worked in the warehouse and they need to be investigated for hostile work environment. The supervisors Dana and Dino let’s start off with Dana first. Dana she knit picks at everything doesn’t matter what it is she will have something to say about it ; you can look at a box and she will say you’re looking at it wrong and to look at it her way. Dino is a suck up and doesn’t really have a back bone he follows everything Dana says . They are horrible supervisors . There’s another one I forgot her name she’s cool but the rest aren’t. They be sending people home and we will be understaffed for the rest of the day down to the point where the supervisors would have to work but according to the contract they are only supposed to work when covering someone. Mad people quit because of the hours that’s why the turnover rate is so high because they get sent home when they don’t need to. The union rep be showing mad bias towards certain people and be d riding them like let’s be so freaking forreal right now. Now let’s get started on some stuff there’s this group of boys that just be bullying the new hires idk why but they just do it’s probably because they got napoleon syndrome one of them threaten to break a supervisors jaw and he’s still allowed to work there they be jumping in peoples face trying to fight at work for absolutely no reason (well there is a reason they are just having temper tantrums as GROWN MEN). The other ones are starting with people consistently. So many things happen here hr needs to be called and the union needs to be up for breach of contract.IM GLAD I QUIT!!

Unbelievable how they’re making me go one hour away when I quite literally have a ups store right in front of my house. Is this where my shipping money is going to? This is the 3rd time happening to me and it’s getting exhausting.

Very bad service, I traveled from Brighton beach just to pick up my package because the delivery driver wouldn’t even get the package out the truck, he would just put a sticker at the door saying “sorry we missed you” and “sorry this is the third and last attempt” we have it on camera. They’re so shameless so I came to UPS customer center and they didn’t even have a clue of where the package could be, they took my phone number and confirmed a call for the next day, well, I didn’t receive no call at all,Thanks UPS for your incompetent workers and bad service as a company
