When you call it's impossible to talk to a real person. The recording says they have a notary. When I arrived there was no notary and they said it wasn't worth their time to change the recording.

You don't often find someone so helpful but after many hours and attempts to make a claim on a package that was damaged in transit, Alberto went out of his way to set up the claim for me, followed up throughout the process and his assistance eventually led to my receiving a check from UPS. I can't thank him enough for his help with the challenging process

I went during lunch time the week before Christmas and the line was to the door but moved very fast. The 2 people working there were friendly and efficient! There's a huge, overflowing box of pre-labeled packages which makes things easier for quick drop-off.

Absolutely terrible. A family member paid for an important package to be overnighted. The next day, the package hadn't been delivered. The store wouldn't pick up my calls. When I finally got an employee named Shazi on the phone, he was apathetic, unhelpful and unfamiliar with basic services offered by UPS, and then refused to pick up my follow up calls. I had to have a friend physically go into the store and ask the employees why my package hadn't been delivered, to which they admitted that they'd forgotten to hand it to the carrier the day before.Five days later, this important package has still not been delivered. Unbelievably bad service. Avoid this location.Edit: FYI, I reached out to the email that the owner posted in the comment below and nothing happened. Still haven't received a refund. Terrible terrible.

I went to this location at 4:40PM on a Saturday when the store hours in the window said it should have been open until 5:00PM (and the UPS website said 7:00PM!) and it was dark. I guess they weren't busy and decided it was okay to toss the needs of any remaining timely customers to the wind. After walking several blocks with a heavy package, suffice to say I wasn't happy. Lesson learned ... I'll be sure to specify other than UPS delivery services whenever possible.

The UPS employee at the front desk was super helpful and patient with me. I came in there totally unprepared with some super janky boxes going back to Amazon and the fella helped me out big time. Much appreciated.

i left my coat there by accident last night with my keys and airpods in it. used findmy to locate the airpods and they were still there at 11:20am. at 11:30 when i went to retrieve the coat, however, the airpods were gone. thieves.

This is the worst UPS store ever. The employees are indifferent at best, and rude at worst. After several bad experiences, I swore off going there other than for Amazon returns, which generally seem to not be an issue. Today however, I brought in a package to return that was in the exact same packaging in which it was delivered to me: a clear plastic bag. The person behind the counter kept insisting I needed to put it in the Amazon box, and I repeatedly explained that it didn’t come in a box. He took the package, threw it on the floor, said it would end up in the garbage, and refused to put the return label on it. I asked for the label and the package and put it on myself, at which point, he threw it on the floor again. This is completely unacceptable.

Website lets you make appointment to notarize documents, but when you show up notary isn't available till next week and they say they don't make appointments, which can seriously ruin your day if you're counting on them. Makes you think in what else they aren't reliable.

The people working there are always friendly and helpful, fantastic experiences with them! However, beware that you should call to confirm any appointment based service if you make the appointment online (notary, passport photos etc) there is truly no correlation or synchronization between offered appointments and available services.
