I always have a fantastic experience at this UPS store. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I’ve also utilized their notary services, and Nick has been exceptional each time, ensuring that all documents are perfectly aligned and accounted for. He is truly the best!

I have generally had very good experiences here, however the service is either very helpful or borderline hostile depending on who you get. I'm sure management is aware which employees are helpful and which are angry, unwashed 20-somethings who hate their job but have no transferable skills
