The woman at the parcel reception treats your goods like garbage and throws the parcels into the basket over her shoulder. I saw she made it with the package with sticker "fragile" on it.

If i could give that place zero stars, I would. I send pre-paid packages at least once a week. And because this post office is literally next door to my building I have to use it, whether I like it or not. And because of my work schedule the earliest I can make it there is by 4:40pm, and in that case I still have a chance of mailing my packages. But usually I would be there between 4:45 and 4:50pm, and 4 out of 5 times the door is already closed with no sight of anyone inside. And it’s annoying as hell because it’s a UNITED STATE POST OFFICE, should be one of the most reliable government agencies, and the schedule clearly says they are open till 5pm. So why do the employees of this location feel that they can leave early? And not once a month, but EVERY DAY? Not to mention that the customer service is non-existent, and a smile or a Thank You is not something u can hope to get at that place.

You would think that a post office would be able to do the most minimal things like mail things in a timely manner, but alas that is not the case here. We dropped off an important envelope on 7/3/24 and paid for express shipping for delivery on 7/6/24. It was my big mistake for trusting USPS, because when I went to track the package a few days later, it did not move. It was sitting at this location for days! I had to run to Fedex and overnight the mail, in order to avoid even more major delays. The Fedex package arrived the next day, just as it was supposed to. As of now, 7/15/24, the USPS envelope is still "moving through the network." Thank you for nothing, USPS. I would recommend that all customers avoid this place, if you have anything remotely important to mail, because who knows what will happen to it.

This post office is best described as revolting. The workers are very unhelpful, always on break, and their speech is very hard to understand. The post office also closes early -- as it should not as it is funded with taxpayers dollars. It is supposed to stay open until 5:00 p.m., not close early.

They always close early way before 5 o’clock. I had to do a label through eBay site and it would give me a QR code. The teller didn’t even want to weigh the package for me to get the QR code. Horrible location

Note sure why this Post Office keeps refering people to other post office. You are the OFFICAL Post Office in the AREA, NOT 2727 Neptune ave which covers another the other part of the area! Don't let them refer you to another post office! Demand a Supervisor or manager, they are obligated by LAW to serve the customer if they are based in the area, and not refer you to another post office!

Convenient location but long lines. The guy with ponytail is very friendly and knowledgeable about how i could send my package overseas it was my first time mailing something there . He was very patient on answering all my questions. The other customers waiting were so rude. Rushing me to stop asking questions and to shut up. They were yelling at me and the guy to hurry up. He was very professional. Definitely be back.

Always only one window open. Workers have attitude problems, rude, unprofessional. Rudest one is James. Avoid him. Look at the pictures how busy he is.
