Extremely rude desk worker. It's not appropriate for a postal employee to openly laugh at a customer who was asking for information.

I have to agree with the prior statements, nothing personal but there is no customer service in this post office, i work myself in a Military Post Office overseas… just dropping off a flat rate takes her 20 mins no talking necessary, just asking to pay and thats it. No greeting customers, no smile, nothing. I wish I could take her job.

Christine has been very unhelpful in more than one occasion with me. Her demeanor and verbiage is unprofessional and plainly rude. I agree 100% with the previous reviewers.

I didn’t manage to catch her name, but this lady who’s a bit on the bigger side with glasses has an extremely nasty attitude. When coming in to simply check if my package has came yet, she scolded me and gave me a 10 minute lecture on why it was wrong for me to be standing close to the desk instead far away ( I was the only one there.) In addition to her nasty attitude, she frequently closes up the shop way before scheduled closing time, I came in 15 minutes before closing just to pull on a locked door and see her behind the front desk motioning me to go away. There’s a terribly strong lack of courtesy and customer service from this place, it makes it worse that you’d think that a postal office on a military base that serves military and their family would be the complete opposite.

The new postal clerk, Christine, is rude, insulting and inconsiderate. Prior clerks have always been courteous and attentive, this person has made the simple act of buying stamps a “job”. Customers should not have to hear or deal with her political leanings or beliefs. Where is Nancy or/ Tom, miss them terribly.

Nancy, please come back. The new person is rude, can care less, lazy, and wouldn’t help you. I bought an envelope from him to ship something and there was a hole in it, I asked him to change it, but instead he put a sticker on it and said “here you go”. This is insane that I paid for something that is defective and most likely what I shipped got wet and damaged. Service not what it used to be. Prior staff was the best and good customer service left with them.

I think it's only fair to mention that you need to have a federal ID to get on the base to use the post office. So listing it as a public facility is misleading.

Miss Nancy is always in a good mood and is always extremely helpful! I stop by almost weekly and she never fails to have a smile. My children are usually with me and they love her! Great service.
