Small post offices it could use a good cleanings very dingy in appearance. This place is usually never that crowded. They don’t have a self service machine. The older Asian man behind the counter is always very patient and polite. It’s in a very busy area and you’ll be very lucky to find a parking spot. This location cannot accept any parcels that can’t fit through the regular window. Not a very big sign out front, and if you don’t already know that this location is here, you’ll probably walk right past it

Just came here to mail out two packages.2:30pm on a Monday. They had a sign on the door, “out to lunch”,for over an hour. There were about 20 people standing outside in the cold waiting to be helped. Nothing.Ridiculous.

The young female employee today was incredibly rude & closed the door on me when I had a package ready with a label for drop off but insisted on taking someone else’s package for drop off that was standing right next to me, racist.

Customer service is terrible, 20 minutes online because we didn’t know he was on a break…

Very small post office which can get very crowded. I needed some make-up stamps, and the wait was over 20 minutes because they only had one person working at the window during the week before Christmas. No self-service machines either. Limited selection of stamps, both make-up (no 10 cent stamps that day apparently) and forever ones. The other post office in Bay Ridge on 5th Avenue seems to run better than this one, but sometimes I have to come here when nearby.

I had a very good experience here! The staff member who helped me (Victor) was really helpful and took the time to explain my international post options and how to fill out all the forms etc. It was very quiet when I went but given the store is so small, it can get busy very quickly so come early!

The postal station on 68th street and 4th Ave, Bay Ridge, Brooklyn does not close at 5pm. This has happened to me and others several times. They lock the doors at 4:56pm, 4:58pm and 4:59pm. It’s not 5pm as the sign on the door and on line states. The manager needs to be make sure they are providing the service. This is another reason why people do not frequent the post office. Very disappointing.

Lost package left at drop off window. They never scanned. Appear to have history of theft. Opening a case with the postal inspectors. Please avoid this branch.

The line was long when I entered, and long when I left. Normally there’s only one person working.. long line and all. The employee that serviced me was helpful, no disrespect to them. But to find out that my package would take 3-4 weeks to be picked up to be sent to a larger USPS Facility, after standing in this line was saddening.I would not recommend this location. Only if you’re dropping off and literally leaving right after. This location is very small and just doesn’t make any sense to be honest. Better off going to the one up by 86th.
