This place needs a revamp and better employees. No one here besides one employee would scan more than 5 items! They’ve lost 4 of my packages since January and they refuse to scan if it’s more than 5 items!When I told the lady this she says “well obviously we have a problem and you are still coming here” YES?!?! You guys are my closest post office! Why would I need to go half way across the city to go to another post office?? Get it together!

ONLY USPS THAT DENIED shipping a package for me that didnt fit in their window. The package itself is less than 10 pounds, they direct me to another USPS. If you have a large package dont waste your time coming here

Today all post office the worst place tryvto get important letter the lost it I call the said I got the address correct now the said was incorrect I got received an the address is right I think k one the worker stolen

Worst attitude I have ever experienced, the lady lied about my package and refuse to answer any questions. Just want to send me away. I had to go back the next day and try to find my package again. Appreciate the Chinese man who help me to find my package(which the other lady didn’t care at all)

I came all the way to this location and carried a 15lbs box for Amazon return. The "asian guy" told me they can't take it without trying to help me to see if it can goes through the window. My box is long 71cm, height 67cm, width 14cm. I wanted to prove that the box can be sent the window. He immediately closed the window for his side. The fact is that it fixes in the window! But he insists "its not fits" , "we can't take it "and do you have a return label. Even the people who are waiting behind me can tell he is giving me a hard time. He told me go to the different UPS location which is 10 mins away from me. I have to carry my box back home as result.

Asian female staff are friendly. Very satisfied. Another Cantonese man had a very bad attitude. He tried to speak Mandarin to him and pretended not to understand Mandarin, but then he couldn't help with anything.

Unreal needed to ship records at 2pm in afternoon and sign says out too lunch. Hell yea they are out too lunch! Friggin idiots are totally unreliable. I care for parents and have no time to go elsewhere. Being this is most convienent and closer to home. When I sent complaint they were like covid. Thats a bunch of bull s**** A year ago or maybe two years. I work for a federal agency and know thats a bunch of malarkey. Sign on door says nothing about lunch break or covid short staff. Assholes!
