What exactly are you doing that you need an hour and a half for lunch. Are you preparing and cooking your food there? Absurd lazy staff and then when it’s open there’s 15+ people stuffed inside. People should sue because this is a health & fire hazard

This might be one of the worst post offices I’ve ever had to deal with—closes randomly in the middle of the day, cramped, dirty, slow, and everybody working there is in a bad mood. I, too, would be in a bad mood if I had to work in that awful building every day.
Two stars because it is occasionally not terrible & I can usually get done what I need to get done if I’m willing to wait long enough.

The worst post office.... not only it is dirty and supposedly they open at 9am and when I got there it was still close and a long line outside. Almost half and hour no employee inside.

NYC post offices can really be hit or miss and this one is the best one I've experienced so far. Advice I would give is don't show up 15 minutes before closing time or expect a line and testy customers and staff. If you go early in the day you can walk right up to a window. They are efficient and get the job done and are friendly if you have your business together and don't waste their and other people's time if you don't.

i love this post office! so convenient and the staff are pretty friendly to me ? even when there's lines they work pretty fast too, i go at least 2x a week!

Older black lady tried to scan a broken down box as a priority med. I was still going to ship priority but not flat rate. Do USPS pay you more to scam your customers. This spot has always been trash

This is my go-to post office in Brooklyn. I live near this one and the church ave one and whenever I go to this one, the employees work at a normalpace and are cordial, not overly polite or rude, never a long line when, and it’s just easy to get things done here, quick and efficiently. If you live in the area, this is definitely a good one. Small but effective.
