Mail is frequently delivered to our address that isn’t ours. Mail is frequently reported as “delivered” when it has not been. Frequently USPS claims attempts were made when they were not. It is the most appalling poorly run operation I have ever dealt with.

By far the worst customer service experience of my life - one employee yelled at me (before I even said anything), while later another criticized and gaslit me for asking a simple question. If you absolutely must visit this location, please try to avoid closing time, and don’t go alone.

There was only one person working, and they were more interested in chatting about massages with one customer than helping the line of people waiting.

DOES NOT have finger printing as website states. Closest finger printing is on Coney Island Ave in Brooklyn. Call before the machine breaks down all the time

If you assumed the the Post Office might have taken the opportunity to get get rid of the dead wood and hire better staff when they moved across the Street from the old Times Plaza you would be wrong. Horrible.

They close at 1pm on Saturday. NOT 4pm. I promised the lady I would write this, she also wanted me to tell you that in the history of postal service this location has never closed at 4pm and will never. So go before 1pm because she locks the door because she has places to be and can’t be waiting around for us

I use this post office daily for my office job. And I must say this office has some of the most incompetent, rude employees. If I had a choice, I would never go there again, but, unfortunately, it is my job for the time being. I have left this office many times in a fist full of rage due to frustration. A few quality employees but that isn't enough when you have 3 or less people working at once with a two sided growing line no one ever knows which side to be on. Do yourself a favor if you can and use somewhere else because I wish I could.

Mailed my taxes in here and it was fine. Line was short and they were efficient and helpful.Google maps says it's temporarily closed right now but it's definitely open as normal.

Everything a post office is supposed to do, they claim they don’t do and that includes labeling your package you want to send off. You also have to pay for the label too. The people in front of me were told they don’t do money orders, even though as soon as you come in there a dread headed, slim male telling you they only take cash for everything.I walked out after waiting online for 1 clerk, for 20 minutes. This is the closest location to me but I’m never returning. I’ll go to Cadman plaza instead .

I really dislike coming here every time I come here they’re understaffed, rude, and the lines are so long. Prepare to be here for a long time. Rude isn’t really the word more like nasty. Almost every USPS is like this. I try using the self service when I can to avoid running my day.

Probably the worst experience I've had with the USPS. They obviously do not like processing passports (the clerk actually said this during the visit.) We showed up and the photo machine was broken. We had to wait 45 minutes even though we had an appointment and they were NOT processing any other passport applications. The customer service was terrible. In short: it was way harder than it should be to simply get a passport. Avoid this location if at all possible.

We had a 10am appt. The family in line before us was turned away because they did not make a passport appointment. The family before us told the teller that another teller on a weekday informed them that walk in passport appointments were from 9am to 10am on Saturdays. The teller told them walk in passport appointments were not on Saturdays, but were 9am to 10am on weekdays. The mom ended up saying they would make an appointment. She probably said that because the tellers were giving them the run around on passport appointments to avoid doing work. There was a lady behind us who had a package. A different teller told the lady behind us to skip me and my family member in line. The teller helped the lady behind us before we were helped even though we were in line before the lady behind us.Then the teller called us up to the window, and asked what we were here for. I told her for a passport appointment. She asked if we had an appt. I told her yes, we have a 10am appt. We showed up at 950am, so we were early. This time the teller's excuse was not that we needed to make an appointment (which was the excuse she gave to the family before us), but rather that the person who is supposed to process passport applications called out sick. I asked why didn't the office call us or email us to let us know that we shouldn't show up. The teller said that the office called everyone and left voicemails. My family member and I did not receive a phone call or email or voicemail of cancellation. The teller said we could stop by Monday's to Friday's 9am to 10am for passport walkins. Yet the teller did not inform us that this coming Monday is a federal holiday so USPS will be closed. The teller constantly rolled her eyes at me and my family member. Why aren't the other USPS employees trained on how to process passport applications? Why is only 1 person at this office trained on how to process passport applications?Giving a 1 star for customer service, for not informing us of the cancellation and the inconvenience of having to travel to and from a the USPS office. If I could give a 0, I would.

I've been here a few times it was mostly bad experiences to be honest, but the clerk named Dionne is the best person ever she seriously deserves a raise she is the absolute gem of the place.
