Worst post office in the world. Rude and clueless on lease renewal law. I went to open up a p.o. box and they wouldn't take my lease renewal form and told me to get a refund.

i hate usps but this is literally the only post office i trust. everyone is helpful and this specific usps is more organized than any other one i’ve been to. also went to renew my passport a few months ago and they were able to help me even when i forgot to make an appointment beforehand.

Don’t bother. They are so rude. I had an employee answering and hanging up the phone and I kept calling until someone actually assisted me. And she was HATEFUL. They have had my package since Sunday. Marked my HOUSE as a business and never attempted a delivery. And now it’s Wednesday and I still haven’t gotten my package. Ridiculous. Unhelpful, rude

I really recommend this place if you wanna get you passport. Just make your appointment, be on time and bring everything that they need.
Also, Mister Kenny was a kind person and patient who helped me get my daughter's passport.

This is my favorite post office in the city. Some employees are nice, some are rough on the edges, but they are all helpful and efficient, which is all you really need in a post office. It’s clean and rarely has a line. Can’t speak for the passport processes or anything, but in terms of shipping and related things I have never had a problem!
