They have stolen and lost packages from my building numerous times . Recently they changed my delivery preferences and held one of my packages at the post office without my permission.

The place gets a bad rap. I've been going there for years. Never had a problem. Staff was almost always very friendly.

My dad went to the post office yesterday and a girl named Andrea was incredibly helpful and polite. She even spoke Spanish, so I didn’t have to go downstairs to translate for him. My dad was really happy with Andrea and how she treated him. It was a surprise.

One of the worst post offices out there
They routinely fail to deliver mail, (daily mail delivery has turned into "once a week delivery"
They regularly deliver mail LATE and about 20% of the mail they deliver is delivered to the wrong address, we are constantly getting other people's mail they other people are getting ours!
I have complained to them many times but it has gotten worse over the years, not better

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT schedule any passport services at this location. I showed up and got cancelled TWICE without prior notice due to "unavailable staff."

The sketchiest post office I’ve ever been to. My phone was stolen here, someone attempted to take my dog that was tied up outside… The postal workers also clearly hate their jobs and dealing with the people that come in there, because they are miserable.
