This post office has gotten horrible
I went in today to drop off a package. The machine was not working. I stood on the line for 25 minutes in order to get a receipt for a package I was dropping off. There was not station manger there to speak too. There was one staff working the general window ( stamps, package drop or package pick up.The other staff was doing passport however no other window had any staff.

Always low staffed. No stamp machines and the self-service machine is not working. They don't seem to care for the customers in their area. Everyone is frustrated by the constant terrible service at this Post Office. Would love to file a formal complaint!!!!

I had a person say they did not receive my package from an eBay sale. I contacted this branch to see if they could help. I talked with Tiffany Drake, OMG was she awesome. She took the time to verify the delivery and find me a phone number for the proper local post office to call and verify the delivery. Her patience and persistence allowed me to have the information needed for this situation. Thank You so much Tiffany for your time and assistance today.

Do not go to this location if you are applying for a passport appointment. They will lie to you and tell you that your photos are incorrect to charge you again for them. Photos in question were professionally done and perfectly fit the requirements and the pictures taken at this post office location are quite awful.

I keep calling them I have a pobox none of my mail is being forwarded I paid for the premium forward address I did a change of form address twice I called them for daysTHEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE

It's the first in a long time since I've been there and let me tell you. I was shocked but happy. There was an agent in the front greeting and assisting everyone that came in the door. There was at least 3-4 agent at the windows. I was returning items purchased online and the service I received was awesome. Thanks to them for seeing the needs of customer services and responding. I was out there door in less than 10 minutes and there was at least 3 customers in front of me when I got there. Thanks usps

I came to this post office for a passport renewal. The quality of customer service was just amazing. The officer(lady) took care me was a true professional and did a great job

The workers are supposed to be able to lift up to 70 pounds and I go drop off boxes weighing about 42 pounds and they show a fuss and tell me how they can’t take it since they are only girls working. Don’t sign up for something you can’t handle.

The worst place in all of Brooklyn. The workers are unbelievably rude and need to be retrained or restrained apparently. Disgusting behavior from Federal employees. They should all be canned. What a disgrace. These animals should be grateful to work in such a nice neighborhood.

Very patient clerks, however there aren’t enough clerks at the windows. The line is consistently out the door all day, every day.
