My three kids have been training in this boxing gym from 2016. During this time they earned champion titles in different boxing tournaments. I myself have been involved in boxing and I can assure you that coaches Ilya and Natasha are among the best. Coach Ilya is strict, but polite and a true professional. I am very grateful and highly recommend Ilya’s boxing gym especially for those who wish to achieve great results.

Been doing privates with Ilya for a a few months and I’ve learned so much. Every session my technique and fitness improves. I’ve been an athlete my entire life and lift weights frequently and even so - Ilya’s training is very challenging. I’m very thankful to work with him

The best coaches Iliya and Natalia. If you want to loose weight and become stronger it’s the right place to choose. It’s very intense and non stop 1.5hour workout. The coaches care about the results. I highly recommend this gym for both adults and children.

My 8.5 year old son has been coming here for a month. We live in Long Island and are in Brooklyn only for the summer. We called several boxing gyms prior to signing up here. I felt the costumer service, approach, and rates were far better here then in other places near by. (Plus easy parking, big bonus for us) At first we thought of only coming two or three times per week. However, my son liked the classes so much that we started going all six days. So much so that when he misbehaves he is ok if I take away his iPad but not the boxing classes. He loves the instruction. It’s serious, and yet Natalia and Ilya (the trainers) find an individualized approach to all of the kids. He just had his first few mock sparring sessions and loved it. His confidence is up and we are looking forward to seeing him develop further. I would highly recommend this gym to parents of young kids for helping build confidence, ability, and overall growth for their kids.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I’m a completely different fighter since when I started. Coach really cares about his fighters and these classes are no joke, he will push you to be the best version of yourself that you can possibly be. I highly recommend Underground Boxing, not only will it teach you great boxing skills but it’ll teach you discipline & self-confidence. If you’re looking to just get in shape and lose weight then these are the workouts that you’ll want to be attending! I’m in the process of losing weight and preparing for my second fight all thanks to Coach and Team Underground for pushing me to be great. If I had to describe this gym using one word then it’ll be Family, it’s a great environment and everyone treats each other with great respect within the gym.

Me and my friend have been going to semi privates with Natalia for a couple months now. Natalia makes sure we improve every session and helps us a lot. Her times are really flexible and convenient for me and my friend. Needless to say, we have both improved in the last couple of months dramatically and we look forward to train with Natalia consistently for the next couple of years! Best boxing gym out there

I have been attending underground for 3 months now. The coach really cares. He’s passionate, experienced and holds everyone accountable. I have seen results in such little time. If you’re looking to lose quick weight and condition your body while being able to defend yourself, this is the place for you! I recommend underground boxing for everyone.

Great gym and great coaches! I want additionally mention the personal lessons with a trainer, it's amazing and extremely effective by me.Prices for classes are very affordable and seem to be convenient for most of the people.And btw, I had a huge progress in boxing by starting training personally with the coaches in that gym. It's an honor to be able to train with coaches like Ilya and Natalia, who train boxing stars like Constantin Bejenaru.

This gym is the real deal. My son and I both come here. He, to the kids group training, and I do private training with Natalia. Besides real boxing skills, the kids learn discipline, perseverance, and respect. Which, in my opinion, a lot of kids are lacking these days. The coaches Ilya and Natalia keep it fun and challenging. My private trainer is Natalia, and she is amazing. She knows what she's doing and teaches it well. I feel stronger, happier, and healthier. I never liked working out, and now I look forward to every session!

Best boxing gym in Brooklyn hands down!! The gym is beautiful, clean, spacious with top notch equipment. Coach Ilya will take care of you and focus on your development no matter what level you’re currently at and cares about every individual that steps foot in the gym. If you’re looking to compete, learn self defense or get in great shape I highly recommend stopping by the gym and trying a class!

After several visits to phony boxing gyms. Gd blessed me to find this authentic style boxing gym. I have been going to the 8am group class for 3 years now and hardly miss a day. These is not a single week where I don’t encounter a former or current pro boxer here. They love coming to train and spar with the trainers and students. Many champions produced at many levels and age groups. I only recommend for people who are serious about their fitness or training.
