Beautiful Building, amazing people except the services manager in the lobby. He was really rude and lost his anger. Started arguing with us. This is unacceptable for a building near Washington Street. African American male was ready to fight as well. Please find someone educated with respect and manners instead of hiring a thug. I will provide a picture when I can.

We are now living in our second Two Trees building and have nothing but positive things to stay about our management company! Our building and amenities are excellent, and it's so nice being able to walk into the management office with questions since they are located just across the street. They are always responsive with any issues that come up, and are generally very pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend!

I've had a wonderful experience with this property management company. I was searching for an apartment in Manhattan with a lot of urgency and very little time. I went to a viewing of an apartment complex in Hells Kitchen with my parents and we were met with wonderful service from Ansel Shields who showed us around the building. He was very convincing and sold me the apartment on the spot. I just moved in yesterday and the management team has been so communicative with me. They've really helped me get the lay of the land. Every question I've had, they've answered quickly and with care. I felt very well-supported and there was nothing difficult or time consuming about working with them. I've had the ideal transition into a new place. I highly recommend working with them if you're looking for a new place!

We worked with Maury and Amanda to tour multiple Two Trees apartments for both on-site and virtual walkthroughs. They were very professional, friendly, and helpful in our apartment search. We could tell they were invested in finding the right place for us and took our concerns into consideration. We also love the community and all the staff at Two Trees. Moving in was a breeze, we've had no issues.

I love everything about my experience living at the Mercedes House; my apartment feels like a cozy Scandinavian respite in the bustle of the city. The staff is wonderful and always there to help with whatever you need. Love the ease of setting up repairs and the online communication between residents when selling/buying furniture or sharing information or requestis. The gym in the building is incredible and the other residents I’ve met are warm and easy going. Love how dog friendly the building is also. Truly a gem of a place. This is my 3rd year renting here and can’t imagine leaving.

I have absolutely loved living in Mercedes House. Yes, it's a beautiful building. And yes, the amenities are amazing. But it's the people who make it the wonderful, warm place that it is: Faryd, Yesenia, Hannah, and Ansel in the Leasing Office; Juan Carlos, Tanisha, Thomas, and Joseph at the front desk; Paulin in maintenance, and so many more. Mercedes House is as sunny and welcoming a place as you could hope to find. Thanks for everything, y'all. I'll miss you much. :)

Have lived in 2 different two trees buildings and both have been great. Gave Tony at two trees a heads up that I was looking for a larger space after year 1 and he sent along openings in other buildings they own as well as kept us up to date on what he thought would be opening in future. Recommend them.

In August this year we just came to New York and went to everywhere to find a room, some good location; some good service; some good housing…. but You can't have your cake and eat it. until we met Mecerdes House ：The apartment type is reasonable practical and bright；convenient traffic；fully equipped and in good condition；Strick management….After moving in we got more feel convenient in life: staffs are patient professional n responsive even garbage room also clean at any time no smell alwaysWe want to find Mercedes house problems unfortunately have not been found Seeing is better than hearing wish you to experience and find the problem so that they can improve

I've been a tenant here for nearly two years, and I'm thrilled with every aspect of Mercedes House. The apartment and building amenities are fantastic, and every member of the building's staff is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Excellent price-performance too! Highly recommended.

We love living in the Mercedes House. The building has some of the largest terraces in Manhattan and likely the best outdoor pool. It feels like living on a cruise ship. Many of our neighbors have become good friends. The staff are friendly and helpful. The subway is about a 16-minute walk away (not very close), and while Hell's Kitchen is not the cleanest part of Manhattan, we would definitely choose the Mercedes House again.
