Max is freaking awesome. Has been my go to repair guy for almost 4 years now. I will not call anybody else for repairs other than Max. He is very professional. Very kind. And very knowledgeable as well as affordable and punctual. His customer service is great as well. You will not be disappointed. ?

He was kind. And fixed my T.v. He took a little longer than expected due to no fault of his own. He did a great job. He picked up and delivered it. Which was a huge help to me being I had no time to do either. I recommend him to anyone.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Max at Tusa TV Repair. He showed up at my door 40 minutes after I called. He diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and came back the next morning with the repaired part and had the TV working 10 minutes later. His price was reasonable and he was totally professional in his interactions with me. It is so great to work with technicians who still fix electronics instead of throwing them on the giant trash heap of disposable items. Thanks Max!

First he diagnosed the problem by me telling him over the phone . We set the appointment, He came to my house by himself, he was polite and friendly. The man told me he would be done at a certain time and he was. He was quick efficient and knowledgeable a true professional.

When my 75” TV suddenly stopped turning on, I was sure there was no way it could be repaired, but he was able to come to my apartment the same day and repair it very quickly. Excellent service. Definitely highly recommend! ?

Dropped my tv off about three months ago. When I dropped it off I payed $50 for the initial service and then was told over the weekend I would be called for updates. About two weeks passed by and no call. I called them and comes to find out they had the wrong number of mine on file. I updated and then never heard from them again. I kept calling the business and the phone this time wouldn't even ring. After being out of the states for a little while I'm finally back and decided to come down here myself to figure out what's going on and someone tells me that they moved! LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME? you moved didn't tell any of your customers and you have my tv?!? Don't ever do business with this man or company. So unprofessional and can't believe I got completely ghosted while they have my property!!!

TV FIX NY is the worst ever! They are deceitful and unreliable. They promised to return my repaired TV last week and returned the TV unrepaired today. Their messing with the TV voided our PCR warranty. They scammed us and would not even return our $75 deposit. Big mistake! DO NOT USE TV FIX NY!!!
