Came to my local hardware store and picked up an item labeled 4.99 on the shelf. They charged me 9.99 so I advised the clerk it's advertised with a sign that says 4.99 and that's the reason I was purchasing it. She went to the owner who dismissively and rudely told me he didn't care what the sign says and that the sign was old and incorrect. So I guess none of the signs are reliable as far as pricing goes and management isn't willing to honor their mistake of false advertisement. Used to come here alot for all my household needs but I won't be coming back because of this. I work in the same industry and sorry but if u advertise something, you should follow through with your posters and signs.

Great store for anything you need when doing construction. However the lines are long as they have lots of customers but only 2 guys by the register.... They need more people to help customers....
