I only went there to get keys cut. I was disappointed that they were unable to cut an older key. No idea where I'll ever be able to get copies as Home Depot was also unable to do so. I also wanted keys with colored tops as 2 are the same shape and the colors would help distinguish the outer from the inner door key. They didn't have those either.

Everything I’ve bought here breaks after a week of use. I made a copy of my keys once here and had to pay someone to come open my door because they didn’t work. As if this wasn’t enough, they never want to reimburse you or exchange it. If they don’t have the replacement they just tell you to keep coming and treat you like a nuisance. The guy behind the counter is so unpleasant. Just save yourself the time and don’t come here.

The cashiers have major attitudes here they make you stand there and wait while there’re on their phones NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS went in again cashiers was giving me a attitude on something they did wrong smh they don’t have any customer service skills

I brought a paint sample in to get a color match and the older bald gentleman with the glasses told me that the sample was too small and all I said was, wow, I'm surprised because home depot, can you use this sample as a color match? And he immediately
Became angry and was very rude to me. All I was doing was making a statement. I will never give business to this location ever again.

It did not open in the morning at 8 as advertised, causing me severe inconvenience. This was particularly upsetting, as I called the day before to confirm the opening time and that it would be open that morning.

This place is a complete rip off. I just paid $85 for a gallon of Benjamin Moore. Rego select that in almost every other store in Brooklyn cost me 65. Highway robbery.

They just cut to additional keys for my Medeco lock. This place is one of two locksmiths that I found that cut these keys accurately the first time at a reasonable price, $7 per key.

This place is actually huge on the inside there’s a variety of everything you need from tools to paint, kitchen, electrical, gardening and so much more home care stuff. There’s no return on tool which makes sense. And it gets chaotic in store, I can tell this is many people’s go to place for everything. Sometimes it’s takes a while to get help from the worker cause there’s so many people but workers are quick and efficient on helping you showing you where it is in the store
