Beware: Refunds and exchanges are not allowed. I went in to find out whether they could cut a slider piece that was too long for the portable ac I recently purchased. I spoke to a guy at the counter who is friendly but couldn't help, because they don't have the tools. He did however suggest a small saw (for a keyhole, per packaging) after looking at the slider. And it did cut the slider as it's plastic.
The problem occurred when I asked if he had anything I could use to keep the window closed and he recommended an item that unfortunately I purchased, but doesn't work. He was quick to try to tell me what I should just "close the window" after I explained why I needed to make sure my window doesn't open. He didn't have any patience and I don't like that he recommended an item without understanding my reason.
Shop elsewhere if you're ever in Bensonhurst.
